After the mess with that Maytag disaster of a washer we had before, I am trying to stay hopeful. We will see. I am not sure what you want me to say. Time will be the factor on whether my husband and I are pleased with this appliance.

Huge capacity and I love the delay timer! I use it at bedtime a lot. The phone app is nothing but junk so don’t even consider this when buying this washer.

It does not dry your dishes, for this price you would think it would most definitely dry your dishes. We spent almost $8000.00 on ALL Samsung products for our kitchen as well as the samsung flex washer and dryer, If I could go back and do it all over again, I would choose a different brand. It would not of been SAMSUNG

Touch panel went bad do not buy

Not only that but, Samsung approved techs are charging 89 to come out and I looked at the part I need and its 289 itself. Basically half of the price of a new one. After research I see this model has this issue over and over. Worked great when it worked. Please avoid this model unless you purchase the extra warranty.

Cons: Doesn’t dry well Leaves soap residue Musty smell on the inside Pros: very quiet
