I'm still learning all its functions. It's also deeper than my last washer, so a larger capacity means fewer loads!

My clothes seem much cleaner and spin out more thoroughly, making drying time much quicker. Very efficient machine.

Has lots of wash options....more than I probably will ever need. So far, Im happy. Clothes are clean. No issues or malfunctions.

Samsung sent a technician out 4 times- last time he was here samsung told him to close the ticket and someone would be in touch with me in 24-48 hours. Never heard from anyone. I have called about 15 times always same thing- someone will get ahold of you in 24-48 hours. Still waiting…..3 months later. So not buy! Horrible customer service.
