Great product !!! Love all my Samsung appliance love it

This item works very well and it showed up very fast

The product is not working well because it does not drain the water after washing at all

Seemed like it would be a nice dishwasher however after about 4 months of owning it, it started to leak in both sides of the front of the door. I have called Samsung out to repair it, they ended up giving me a whole new door, and yet again it started to happen again. This device was installed professionally by Best Buy installer so it's not a install situation. It randomly happens, now the device gives LC errors which apparently mean water leak. I will be trying to exchange it at the store due to very poor performance for a device not even a year old. I recommend to stay away from this device, unless you want to risk issues.

My washer broke at home and I went to beat buy and was able to find this washer on sale and delivered within 3 days. Very easy to assemble myself. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the washer chimes a long chime at the end of every wash and drives me crazy. Other than that washes well, quite and efficient.

The delivery was earlier which made it a wonderful start. The 2 delivery technicians were what we’d all want: knowledgeable, pleasant and as helpful as the could be. Instruction given to operate washer, no spills, no damage. Exceptional experience. The washing machine has a problem for me. At 5’1”, I cannot reach all my laundry at the bottom . I can barely reach it at all. I was told that it’s a common problem with newer top loading machines. Be aware when purchasing any washing machine.

Purchased this Jul 4, 2022, to replace my GE of 10 years after it started to leak. It is now Mar 2, 2024 "18 months" this $900 unit is dead and out of warranty. Spoke with support and the minimal estimate is $300 and could be more depending on what parts. There is no option for a tech to diagnose the issue and let me decide if I would like to fix. Kind of like going to the doctors and getting the bill, you have no idea how much. Maybe I expect too much from appliances these days.

Very dissatisfied. This comes with a premium price tag and delivers mediocre performance. The door pops open automatically when it’s done to allow the steam to escape while drying. This is billed as a “feature” but is really just a pain in the butt. All it does is allow steam to attack the underside of your countertop causing it to swell and crack. The third Top rack” is completely useless. There’s no room to place anything larger than a spoon or other utensil and what’s worse is that you can’t put anything like a tall glass on the middle shelf without it interfering with the top shelf. I finally removed the top rack just to be able to load the middle rack. Basically removing a piece that I paid extra for. Lastly the cleaning performance is average to poor. I had better results from a low end GE

This machine is very easy to use. I bought the matching dryer and they work great together.. I highly recommend this washing machine !

Great product but the customer service team is not to part. If for some reason your dishwasher breaks expect months prior to it being fixed.

This washer exceeds my expectations. Holds plenty and does a great job getting everything clean. My mom was so impressed she came to visit she ordered one for herself!

Delivered Dec 30, 2022 - Failed (PC Error code) first week of May 2023. Samsung tech came out and fixed the PC error only to now have a water supply error. Unbelievable that a new unit fails in 4 months of normal everyday use.

Haven't installed it yet... will update this later.

They brought the dishwasher on Tuesday, and we installed today. Ran an empty load on the 60 min cycle. The main thing I noticed was water spots all over the dishwasher. Loaded the dishwasher this evening, and tried to change the cycle to auto. None of the buttons worked! Powered off, changes, buttons, nothing worked. The dishwasher would not even start! We bought a Samsung refrigerator, and not happy with that, so not sure why we bought a Samsung dishwasher! Samsung TV's. etc. are great, but I am not impressed with Samsung appliances! We will be calling Best Buy tomorrow to return this to the store and buy the KitchenAid I originally wanted! So disappointed in this dishwasher!

Great product, I bought this to replace a whirlpool washer that was a fiasco since day one , I’m amazed with the great performance of this Samsung washer

Another Samsung product that has not let me down. I’ve owned so many different brand washing machines and none will ever work as great as this washer.

Several issues: - the water spraying from the bottom keeps popping and when it happens it won’t clear your dishes - when it’s clogged you need an expensive repair (a combination plumber + appliance repair would have been the price of this dishwasher) - the bottom drawer had trouble going in. We needed to use the warranty to get it repaired. - the cleaning is ok but not great. When it got clogged, it was not under warranty. We replaced it with a Bosch dishwasher.

I love my Samsung washer … it has the Active WaterJet that lets you pretreat your clothes before watching. It’s quite quiet with a groovy blue display set up.

Not a fan of Samsung products but this washer does it’s job. Not a fan of the matching dryer- will address that in the dryers review
