It’s finicky water sensor died and gif mad two days after i bought it. As the tech came in to fix it he proclaimed its likely a Samsung as though it’s a common issue.

Installation was easy and had it running in no time. Don't forget to balance it according to instructions when you install it. (very easy). It has a nice big bin for large loads. It has many wash features. I like the quick wash options. (medium load takes about 40 mins). The spin cycle is very thorough and practically dries them, which makes drying time a lot shorter.

Then a few months later had to get it repaired due to the nozzle problems. Now the machine is dead at the one year mark. Not dispensing any detergent from the dispenser. Extremely disappointed that we now have box unable to function. During the same period (Jan 2022) we upgraded all our appliances to Samsung. They had to replace the microwave after a few days. Next it was the gas range, leaking with defective burner. This cannot be real.

A known issue if you look at Samsung community - because a seasonal home it broke 5 months outside of warranty - Samsung will not ship me the $20 part they will only accept sending a $300 service reapair (but the part will be free)
