The dishwasher doesn't dry properly also the bottom rack is getting stuck somewhere. I am not happy with the purchase. I contacted Samsung today but with no answer. I do not want to return it to the store but I will if i do not get the service i need to fix it.

Leaks every cycle under the door and has ruined the cabinets and flooring in my new house that we just built. I've done all troubleshooting suggested by Samsung online. Bestbuy won't provide any assistance or exchange it for a replacement becuase it's been 20 days since it was delivered - they say this can only be done within 15 days. They suggest I have this 20 day old appliance repaired. Im so frusterated and disappointed with Bestbuy.

Our fridge and range were gone. In my opinion, they were sold and figured they would have the items in before we needed them. Totally disappointing. Also, trying to reach Best Buy is impossible. Not the place I remember from years ago. Sad.

Called to get the defective unit repaired only to be told they do not have anyone in my area to fix it. Not the best choice I have made.
