Seems to me like you actually have to put in huge loads to really get the benefit of the agitator. Clothes don't seem to be any more clean than they were with our 30 year old Whirlpool. Also can't smartthings to link with me alexa app for voice control, and no help from smartthings people. They axed my review of them because I put a dirty word in the description! Not really impressed for the price we paid for it.

This unit replaced my aging, second-hand Maytag washer that just wasn’t cutting it any more. I saw a great deal at Best Buy and pulled the trigger and so glad I did. It looks amazing, has a convenient water stream to help with pre-treating stains before washing. If you see this, BUY IT! Saving up for the matching dryer and buying it, ASAP!

It is pretty deep and has a good amount of power. The best thing is when it’s done it plays a cute tune that my kids especially like!

Best Dishwasher

Old one kicked the bucket so needed a new one. We decided we wanted to match our refrigerator which is a Samsung in the Tuscan color. The only downside was that we had to wait about 6 weeks to get it but it was totally worth it.

WORST DISHWASHER EVER

It was "fixed" by Samsung then broke down again 12 months later. This time Samsung said it was out of warranty, Best Buy won't help us. After having plumbers and electricians and repairmen out, we're just out of luck. I would never ever ever buy a Samsung appliance again. What a nightmare. Save yourself the headache.

The arm that moves back and forth no longer moves. Samsung's response is "it's outside of the 12 month warranty, so get it fixed". Will never purchase another samsung appliance again. Look at the other reviews on here. If you're looking to buy something that will last, Samsung is not your company.
