    If I could give 0 stars I would. Don’t waste your money. I haven’t even had this dishwasher for a year now, hate it! I’m lucky if my dishes come out clean once out of every 10 times I use. Plus they are always wet even when left overnight. Worst product I have ever purchased.

    Terrible dishwasher and terrible Samsung service

    Within one year the dishwasher has not been working properly. The bottom water jet keeps falling off rails and the dishes do not get cleaned. Have had to call Samsung technician twice now. This 2nd time the technician has rescheduled twice. It’s been two weeks now and still no repair work done.

    I love how it washes the only bad part about it is when the machine stops and does not complete the rinse part.

    Terrible Buy is Best Buy

    The item itself is fine. The people who were supposed to install and haul away terrible They couldn’t even find our home after being given directions. Best Buy’s excuse, “The drivers are from PA. They don’t know NJ roads.” Horrible experience. We are both disabled and don’t drive. Hired a 3rd party handyman to do everything. He was cheaper and found our home. Go elsewhere to purchase anything.

    Super cool and quiet

    Love the washer. It has a lot of different settings and works very well. Very quiet and it even plays a song for you when its done. Im short so its hard for me to reach in and get the clothes out but a pair of tongs helps with that.

    Sam Sung is deceased. 6/4/2020 - 5/19/2022 R.I.P.

    Died in less than 2 years. 6/4/2020 - 5/19/2022 R.I.P. Warranty good for 1-year. Would not power up. Samsung operator said known issue where Power Button gets stuck and won’t turn on. Caveat Emptor. Sam was good to us until the day it died. RIP Lil Sam Sung.

    This thing is garbage. I wish I had a good thing to say about it, but I don’t. A little after having it for a year it’s caused us nothing but problems. Currently we are on our 7th service call about this dishwasher & it still doesn’t work. The water wall is great in theory, but ours has failed twice. Now it is now some panel they they have to replace. Samsung makes good phones, but their appliances.. not so much.

    Works great. Only thing i don't like is that the lid locks once it's started so you can't just lift it and throw something in if you forgot something.

    I used to hate laundry but now I swear I find an excuse to throw in a load. It’s very spacious. It looks small in the photos but I was genuinely surprised at the space. I love that it has an agitator. Has cute music once it’s done with the cycle

    Love my new washer! Took a bit to learn how to use it since I have not had a new washer in years, but once I got past all that it works beautifully.

    This washer dryer combo is amazing. Clothes come out clean and they dry ON THE FIRST TIME. Thats huge. Coming from a horrible whirlpool unit that fell apart multiple times after 4 years of use, this seems much higher quality.

    Drying issue

    Doesn't dry the dishes and leave water spots. I don't recommend it . We tried everything and we found it it's common issue with Samsung dishwashers.

    Top Rack Nozzle Arm Falls Off Into Lower Rack

    The dishwasher's top nozzle arm falls off onto the lower rack anytime you slide out the top rack. Samsung says they will just replace with SAME MODEL! Even when the repairman says the nozzle arm is just going to do the same thing and fall off! DO NOT BUY!!!

    Stopped working after 30 days. Best buy has been her twice. First time they didn’t fix and added a leak. Second time they didn’t fix the leak. Stay away from Samsung appliances. Cheaply made and terrible after service.
