The cycles that dont started leaking today day 19. Best buy wont take it back after 15 days now im stranded waiting flr a samsung warranty service center i cant get ahold of and has terrible reviews on yelp. Stay away!!!!

Loosely packed dishwasher and dishes do not come out clean. I end up hand washing everything. Not happy and of course it’s no longer returnable. Maybe this machine is rated so quiet because nothing is happening inside? #iwanttogetoffofthisride

Spray arm falls off all the time

Unit I received may have just been a dud, but it was defective out of the box. It would wash, but never dry/open. So dishes always came out soaking wet. Samsung support started it would need to be repaired, after less than 24 hours of owning it.

I can’t hear it running at all from 10 ft away. It cleans very well. The adjustable racks and the 3rd rack make fitting everything in a breeze. The door automatically opens for the last 10 minutes of drying, so things actually get dry inside. It dings pleasantly at the beginning and end of those last 10 minutes - though that can be shut off. The smart features are very helpful - including letting me know when it is out of rinse solution. We have had zero problems. The normal cycle takes around 2.5 hours, which seems a bit excessive. But we use the auto cycle - as recommended by the Smart Things app - which automatically detects soil/grease level, and usually results in a shorter wash cycle.

It doesn't clean well, it has a water wall that keeps the machine from distributing water properly to the upper and lower portions of the dish machine. I've had it for 6 months and it hasn't performed well at all. For a $1,000 machine it should perform much better
