Open box doesn't worth it

It didn't work for any single function and when I called the squad to come and inspect, they told me that it's not functioning! Now I have to return it and get another item. I wouldn't recommend buying any open box item.

I have water treatment in house so it is not water quality. It is rack quality. Neither Best Buy or Samsung will support it. I suppose I expected more from a "top of the line" dishwasher. My last (much cheaper) one lasted years before I had any issues.

Rattling and ticking noises in less than 6 mths!

The washer ran well and we liked it, however in less than 6 months, an intermittent "rattling" noise began to appear during washing cycle when the spindle was turning anti-clockwise; and an intermittent "ticking" noise was heard during the spin cycle. We have just contacted Samsung support center and a technician is expected to come. Hopefully the problems will be resolved, but we are quite disappointed with this purchase. I will update my review pending the outcome(s) of the repair.
