Bad door design

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i purchased this matching set, best buy wouldnt deliver to my location so i had to do in store pick up, i drove 2 and a half hours to get it, 2 and a half hours home, put everything in and the drain pump on the washer is defective and damaged, i have been trying for hours to get this resolved, nobody can give me a straight answer other then take it back to the store, i am a disabled veteran so the one trip to get it was a lot for me to handle, why cant they just put a replacement washer in a geek squad van and come get the broken one, not to mention that the washer is now full of water but because of the drain pump cant drain, i am not impressed with the new way best buy is doing things
