    Fell apart before i could finish my kitchen remode

    Bought last October. The linear bar already fell off and now my dishes wont clean.

    Takes too long to do a load of laundry. Run calibration (which is recommended) did not work.

    Moldy Smell

    We purchased our washer nine months ago and recently it began to develop a moldy smell that we can’t get rid of. We always do regular cleaning cycles, we’ve tried bleach, vinegar, baking soda, nothing works. It’s a design flaw. Nobody will help us either, it takes forever to get a Samsung tech to come out. When we did, he just said to run a cleaning cycle and left. What a ripoff.

    Have not used it yet and it is already broke. These have a leak detector that seems to fail a lot.

    Washer broke less then a 3weeks , and best buy directed me to samsung. Needles its still broken. very disappointed, and i do not recommend this washer to any one.
