Moldy Smell

We always do regular cleaning cycles, we’ve tried bleach, vinegar, baking soda, nothing works. It’s a design flaw. Nobody will help us either, it takes forever to get a Samsung tech to come out. When we did, he just said to run a cleaning cycle and left. What a ripoff.
