We love this dishwasher, but you have to be careful not to pack the top drawer too high. If you put anything too high, the rotating arm will hit it and knock off the arm. It did enough damage that the arm wont stay on anymore. We've owned this dishwasher for almost 4 years and like it otherwise.

Disappointed: brought the wrong color dryer which I had to install my self

Avoid this dishwasher like the plague. We bought a full Samsung Kitchen set in 2018. I wish we hadn't. This dishwasher was silent, powerful and good at first, then it wouldn't stop leaking. That was the first one we had. The first dishwasher we had, worked for 14 months (2 months past the warranty) and then it leaked all over. I fought with Samsung to get it replaced and they finally sent a new unit over and it was installed. Now 26 months later the "Water Wall" has quit working and the bottom of the second unit and the dishes stay dirty. Here's the worst, no technicians are willing to come and repair it, I was told to go buy a real dishwasher. I'm sick to my stomach thinking about the time and money this appliance has cost me. I really wish that a name like Samsung would back their products with better than a 2 year warranty or provide a replacement for a faulty design.

I am so glad I finally got a washer with an agitator again! This washer is BIG! I have to wash my dogs washable potty pads and I fit 7 in it in one load, and they feel better than they have since they were new. It is going to save me alot of water. It also has an extra feature if you need to wash anything out real quick and not have to do it in your sink. In one of the pics you can see the water coming out to wash your items . I put three 1 gallon jugs of soap in there so you can see how deep the tub is. It is a great washer!! I use the heavy Duty for the dogs pads and it really gets them clean!

Love my new washer and all it features a little noisy in the beginning but not so bad now. Happy I chose the one with the removable ignition clothes comes out so much cleaner

I received this amazing Washer at a very deep discount in exchange for an honest review from The Insiders. First of all, the price I paid can't be beat for a brand new washer! I absolutely love love love this washer! This washer is very easy to use. The soft close lid is an amazing feature as well. The washer is very quiet and does not shake or vibrate during the wash (vibration reduction technology, amazing!) and spin cycles like normal old bulky washers do. This washer gets our clothes super clean and they dry quickly. There are many preset cycles to choose from. I used the deep wash cycle, warm water, high water level. It also spins and balances itself at the beginning of the cycle for correct water level. At the end of the wash, the washer plays a cute melody. 1000% recommend

We loved this dishwasher until it got the 4C error code. $130 for parts that might fix it and that's not including the cost to install. Ugh. I do not like to gamble with my money. That's why I went with Samsung. But unfortunately I don’t think this was a good choice. If you chiose it, get the warranty. But I thought Samsung would last much longer than 2 years.

The Samsung 4.4 cu. ft. Top Load Washer with ActiveWave Agitator and Active WaterJet is a terrific washing machine. My family has finally stopped complaining about the washing machine, everyone in the house is extremely happy with the cleaning ability of this washer. It is not very loud during washing cycles and has a very impressive estimated yearly energy cost of approximately $18 when using a natural gas water heater! From washing a large load of rugs or dog blankets or towels to a regular load to delicate clothing this washer does not disappoint. I am convinced that the ActiveWave Agitator helps remove week old "set in stains" without using a pre-treat spray. The Control Panel has a nice variety of selections from Normal, Heavy Duty, Deep Wash (good for dog blankets and rugs), Bedding, Quick Wash, Delicates, to a Rinse + Spin, or just a Rinse Cycle. There is also a Self-Clean feature to make sure the inside stays fresh. The washer has four temperature control buttons from Cold to Hot. I prefer the Eco Temp button, it gives a nice warm water wash which is just the right temperature for my laundry. The water level can be set from Low for small loads to Extra High for those big, bulky loads of blankets or bedding. The soil settings go from light to heavy, which I seem to use often, but have never been disappointed in the cleaning ability of this washer. There is also a Pre-Soak feature as well as an Extra Rinse feature, which I use quite often. There is also a SmartCare feature for those who like to check the status of the washer using a smart phone. I have yet to try this feature, since I am a "put it in and forget about it type of girl." Anyways, the washer plays a nice little melody when the washing cycle is complete! I am glad that my family was selected to participate in the Samsung Laundry Campaign and given this wonderful opportunity to trial and review this great washer.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from the ActiveWave Agitator in the Samsung 4.4 cu. ft. Top Load Washer with ActiveWave™ Agitator and Active WaterJet – it’s still just an agitator, right? Now that I’ve seen it in action, it seems to be much gentler on the clothes while still moving things around and making sure soap is well distributed. It also seems to reduce the amount of tangling and keeps it balanced better. It is so much quieter than my old washer (which was admittedly old). I love the Active WaterJet – makes spot treatments so much easier since I don’t have a sink with my washer. The preset washing cycles are really useful – I haven’t had the opportunity to use them all yet but I’m getting there. Of course my most used is just simply "normal" - easy and ready to go, but I've also used the heavy duty and the bedding settings as well as the delicates setting - I've been really pleased with them all. I don’t have to worry about all the different settings – I just turn the nob and it selects the right settings for me. I then have the option to adjust those settings – which is a really nice feature as well. I like having the options for the five temperature levels. I tend to use the Eco Warm most - I get the benefit of the warmer water while using less energy. I haven’t used the Self Clean option yet either but I really like the fact that it exists – gives me extra peace of mind – I’d hate to see what built up in my old washer. I’m not really sure about this SmartCare option – using the convenience of my smartphone, to me, would mean that I can tell when my load is done. If I need to use the SmartCare feature often, that’s not a good thing. Luckily I haven’t had to use it yet. Overall I really like this washer – it seems to do a good job of cleaning the clothes without putting a lot of wear and tear on the fabric.

This has been a great washer but my only complaint is it defaults to hot or warm water. If you are not careful, you can run up your power bill quick. They need to make it so you can always default to cold and select other temps as needed.

Well its a quiet and efficient unit. However, mine only lasted 3.5 years. Not sure if that is good or not considering how things are made today. Will be shopping for another unit today.

Do not buy without the service coverage! Our family owns two of them, the bottom slider sprayer failed on both in less than 2 years. Another motor failed on one of them as well. Even after repairs it just does a fair job, only if you rinse and wipe off 95% of food particles. The manual shows using the third rack for cutlery - but NOTHING on the third rack will clean well so its completely impractical. It is pretty quiet and looks sleek, those are its best features.

Washes well. Clithes coming out much cleaner. Only concern is they do come out extra wrinkled, probably due to agitating vs not.
