Constant issues

Have given up and am finally buying a new dishwasher. After googling, this waterfall design is prone to errors and not worth dealing with. Stay away from Samsung appliances.

It looks like the front door doesn't seal properly and as it's washing, there is a puddle of water under it. You would think that after spending so much on the "top of the line" dishwasher you wouldn't have these kinds of defects. Also compared to other brands' dish racks these feel very wobbly and don't slide in very smoothly. The next dishwasher will definitely not be a Samsung.

With in 30 months it’s start shaking and make a lot of noise using a lot of water and if I didn’t stop it, it will continue using water and energy for ever. Repairing is costly. This is my experience

Samsung has terrible quality.

Best buy replaced it with another on model #WA54CG7105W and that one had the same problem. Returned it and went with an LG. No problems. Works great.

The first time it would not start due to an error code which was resolved by replacing all internal parts. Now it will not start at all and I am getting the "run around" because the extended warranty company cannot find any service center to fix my unit. I will never buy anything from Samsung again!

I’ve read the manual front and back wondering what I’m missing, I’ve tried all different kinds of detergent and nothing helped. I’ve never regretted a purchase so much.

It turns on but as soon as I hit start, it just spins a couple times and then stops. Doesn’t fill with water or anything, just pauses our. Yes we checked the hoses and the screens and made sure the lid was closed correctly 50 times. We unplugged it, and reset it and tried again and same thing. Now I’m crying because I used all my money to buy this after the old one we had broke and now this one won’t work either. Ugh.
