    Im on my 3rd repair in a month cause no one can figure out what the problem is. I bought this almost two years ago. It won't drain and now im getting a new circuit board and new drain motor...

    Worst dishwasher I’ve ever had. Lasted 3 years, cleaned dishes for maybe one. Through parts at it no one services it water wall is a terrible gimmick.

    Broke after 3 months

    The bottom spray mechanism broke after 3 month. Cheap plastic parts. The repair person said they replace a lot of parts. DO NOT BUY this machine.

    Purchased in 2019 and waterwall is broke, likely wont' be able to get parts, total waste of money. Now I am stuck as all appliances match in color. Very unhappy!

    Second one broke as well. Stay away

    Stay clear

    CAUTION!! Stay clear of any Samsung too load machine. These machines are notorious for poor performance and excessive mold build up that cannot be cleaned. They will leave your laundry covered in mold particles and smelling bad. No matter how many self clean cycles or cleaning agents you use, this issue will not go away.     Cleans great. Super quiet. Does not last!

    We bought this dishwasher in September of 2019. December of 2022 I'm buying another unit. It worked great for two years, then the motor for the waterfall arm went out. I'm a maintenance guy so I was able to replace that myself for $75. If I had a tech come out it would have been $300+. A few months later the water pump went out. Again I replaced it. Then the waterwall motor went out again. It is a bad design. Samsung makes great phones and TVs but I will never buy another one of their appliances. My microwave quit after 13 months. The ice maker in my refrigerator only works half the time.

    Not work the money

    I purchase this brand new in April 2019. As of November 2022 this product doesn’t start most of the time. I have to reset the breaker or unplug the unit and plug it back in and it only works sometimes. I have recently read this is a common problem with this unit
