Broke after 3 months

These machines are notorious for poor performance and excessive mold build up that cannot be cleaned. They will leave your laundry covered in mold particles and smelling bad. No matter how many self clean cycles or cleaning agents you use, this issue will not go away. It worked great for two years, then the motor for the waterfall arm went out. I'm a maintenance guy so I was able to replace that myself for $75. If I had a tech come out it would have been $300+. A few months later the water pump went out. Again I replaced it. Then the waterwall motor went out again. It is a bad design. Samsung makes great phones and TVs but I will never buy another one of their appliances. My microwave quit after 13 months. The ice maker in my refrigerator only works half the time.

Not work the money

I have to reset the breaker or unplug the unit and plug it back in and it only works sometimes. I have recently read this is a common problem with this unit
