So far, I love this dishwasher. You cannot hear it even when standing next to it! Some of the reviews I've read on this appliance have me concerned, but time will tell. I did purchase the floor model, so I got a great discount.

We really didn't need a new dishwasher, but my wife insisted that we take advantage of the sale discount as we were purchasing other Samsung appliances. I can not believe how quiet this unit is and how well it cleans dirty dishes without a pre-wash in the sink. I guess we did need this after all.

Due to quarantine we made this purchase completely online. Wev'e had it about a month and are very pleased. First, it's so so quiet - truly can't hear it when just a few feet away. Perfect for our open concept plan. I love the extra flat drawer for larger utensils and extra silverware. It also seems to get the dishes dryer on the normal cycle - haven't tried heat dry yet. Only thing I don't like is the arangement of prongs on bottom drawer, but figured out how to move the silverware baskets to help with that.

Best dishwasher I've ever owned. I installed it myself. Pretty straight forward if you are handy with tools and reading directions. Getting it balanced was honestly the hardest part. Once it's set up and ready to go you will get the most out of this dishwasher. Super super quiet and dishes comes out super super clean. Just be sure to use top quality dish soap. I use Cascade Platinum ActionPacs.

Nice and quiet, doesnt wash dishes well on the top rack. Love the 3rd drawer for sharp knives.

From the beginning we had issues with this dishwasher not cleaning the dishes. I consistently pull out dirty cups, bowls & plates. Sometimes with original food still stuck on them or you could tell it was food from other dishes that had gotten moved around and never fully rinsed. Spoke with Best By & Samsung numerous times over the past year and was told everything from I'm not loading the dishes correctly, I'm using the wrong kind of soap, I should put the soap in the silverware holder and not the dispenser, I need to clean the dishwasher more regularly, etc. Changing all of these things did not fix the problem. Samsung did send out a repair service who ran diagnostics on it and told me it was not giving them any error codes, but this is a issue beyond error codes in the system. Yes, this dishwasher is quiet and sleek looking with many features, but if it doesn't clean the dishes what's the point? I bought a whole suite of Samsung appliances and am disappointed in all of them, currently my oven isn't working either. I won't buy Samsung again nor from Best Buy.

Many years since I purchased a new washer, this washer quickest setting has a wash cycle that is an hour long, this is too long for me. During the initial startup I hear noise and I don’t know if it’s normal or something is wrong with washer, next purchase will be an old used washer as my water and electric bill is going to be higher with this washer… my clothes do come out clean.

After my 17 year old Miele Diamond series dishwasher died, I was sure nothing would compare to my Miele, but I am pleasantly surprised and pleased with my new Samsung. It is so quiet, the only way you know it’s operating is when the water drains. Does an excellent job. Everything comes out clean, dry and sparkling! Took a little getting used to the different loading procedure, but took no time to love this new Samsung!

3rd rack is great, super quite, and cleans really well. When really overloaded it might have some trouble getting everything dry.

I purchased this dishwasher because my old Bosch one was no longer working too well. This dishwashers is so quiet, i cant even tell that it's on! It does a great job with dishes and it has multiple cleaning features. I also like how it pops open when it's done to let the excess heat and moisture out. We love it!

This dishwasher is very quiet does a great job at cleaning the dishes. Wish there was an option to clean just the top or just the bottom racks. Overall would buy it again.

Visually beautiful. Really easy to use. Many cycle options, but not too many so as to be confusing. Cleans very well. And VERY quiet! Would buy again.

I like this Dishwasher, very quite and does a good job cleaning the dishes. The only thing I was not too happy is that in the event some water drip outside the unit, there is a sensor that if a little water get in to it, it will give you an error code, so you need to youtube it to open it, dry it, and hope that will not do it again..

I love this dishwasher, and how it adjusts heights. But best of all it is so quiet you wonder if it is running. I was skeptical about how it opens on its own at the end and if it would dry properly, it dry's perfectly. It's amazing!!

I've owned this washer for 5 months now. Time for a review. Pros: cleans well Cons: Not enough control of cycles. Example 1: Gentle cycle does not allow you to choose following specifications: temperature (only cool), soil level (only light) and no option to pre soak. Example 2: Pre soak is 30 minutes. That's it. No alterting that time. Example 3: no ability to alter spin cycles (my old washer allowed low to extra high options within any cycle) The washer is good but not great for $800, wouldn't buy again.

When on, it’s not even heard. Dishwasher is very spacious and it washes the dishes very well in the short cycle.

Despite the sleek design and being extremely quiet, the trade-off is a leaking door. After about three months water began pooling beneath the left corner of the door. Upon inspecting, a stream of water could be felt within the door frame. Within a matter of days, the right corner of the door began leaking even more water than the left side. After reviewing support on the Samsung website, everything was in-check. I setup a service repair under the warranty, and despite the effort, the door continued to leak after the "repair!" I do not recommend this product since it is unreliable and problematic, and on top of those reasons, even the service provided by the warranty is insufficient. It's worth noting that if for some reason the cause was due to poor installation, that would be a major concern as I paid for the Best Buy installation service. With this being an apparent door frame issue, I doubt it was an installation error and rather a defective product from the start.

No more guessing if the dishes are clean or dirty. You will know right away they are clean if the door is popped open. Great job cleaning dishes. Con: Hard to remove delayed cleaning if you accidentally hit the delayed cleaning button.
