Excellent unit. Quiet, roomy, 3 adjustable racks fit everything easily. So quiet, I can stand in front of it and not hear it running. Best of all - the dishes and glassware come out spotless. The SS finish is beautiful. Love it!

We live in a small, open-concept condo, so noise level was our top concern. In that department, this dishwasher does not disappoint. It’s super quiet, almost couldn’t believe it. All you hear is the water draining. We’re able to watch TV just feet away while it’s running without having to over-compensate with the volume. Cleaning wise, it’s okay. Not as good at removing stuck-on food as a Frigidaire model we had before. It’s also not great at drying the dishes. It is indeed fingerprint resistant. Overall we’re pretty happy and would recommend if you’re looking for a very quiet unit. Wish it was a bit better at washing and drying but it isn’t terrible and I’ve seen much worse.

So quiet! Cleans spotlessly. Very little water used... organizes dishes beautifully. Things too improve: I would like to have the option of the top rack. Not sure what to put up there? Didn’t want or need it.

This Samsung replaced a 1-month old Kitchen Aid that broke. We like the design of the 3rd rack and the quietness of the unit. The auto-release feature is nice to help cool the dishes off before unloading.

So far it's great. A great upgrade. It's super quiet. I don't even know it's on. I have a great room so it definitely was worth the extra investment. Now I can turn on the dishwasher and watch TV or talk without yelling so people can hear me over the machine. Leaves dishes super clean.

This dishwasher is one of the best I have had. It is super quiet but more importantly, has provided superior service with every load. I used to think it was detergent not cleaning properly but it turns out it really is the dishwasher.

Super quiet and works great! The door auto opens for the last few minutes to vent out the steam. Truly dry dishes after every wash.

Great dishwasher. Unbelievably quiet. Door opening after cycle really gets everything dry. Install was easy however its a bit deeper than expected. Not sure if the SmartThings network integration has value but it does work. No leaks.

Quiet, efficient, capable of heavy loads! Shipping delays changed expected install — yet when accomplished the job was thorough and the technicians took every health precaution! Even cleaned up after sleeves. Really pleased with the acquisition.

I regret to say my experience with this dishwasher has been overwhelmingly negative. Despite its intended purpose, the appliance consistently failed to perform even basic cleaning tasks without extensive pre-washing—a requirement that rendered its use entirely impractical. After repeated attempts to work around its limitations, I ultimately abandoned the machine altogether and have resorted to hand-washing dishes for the past year, which defeats the purpose of owning a dishwasher in the first place. To make matters worse, the repair process was equally disappointing. Best Buy initially sent a technician, but the repair was abruptly halted when the technician was replaced. The replacement took months to order and install necessary parts, dragging out the process so long that my two-year warranty expired before the repair was completed. This left me with a broken appliance and no recourse for resolution. The combination of subpar performance and abysmal post-purchase support makes this one of the worst investments I’ve made. I strongly advise others to consider more reliable brands and avoid the frustration of dealing with both a faulty product and a sluggish repair system. Spend a little more upfront for a dishwasher that actually works—and a company that stands by its promises.

Superb quality all around. Gets dishes extremely clean and runs smoothly and quietly. Don’t even know it is running !

Delivery was on time. The delivery person was in and gone within less than 15 minutes. Love how quiet the dishwasher is and the 1 hr wash is great. No more waiting 2 1/2 hrs to get the dishes washed. That feature came in handy at Thanksgiving.

Sleek looking dishwasher design. It fits a lot especially with the top small third rack. Has many different cycle options and have been impressed with its drying ability.

Bought the Samsung Linear Dishwaaher a liitle over 2 years ago. Literally at 2 year and 1 week mark have had nothing but troubles. Found multiple plastic pieces at bottom of dishwasher..called Samsung customer service and was told they want $350 just for service to come look at it. I ended up finding someone local who reattached the plastic jet piece onto back. Not 3 weeks later now the waterwell is laying in pieces on bottom. Ive learned the bottom jets and all moving parts on bottom are made of cheap plastic which doesnt hold up to pressure of water over time. While it will work great for awhile it will not hold up over time. Was expecting for an appliance to last longer than 2 years for something that i spent close to $1000 for. 2 years and trash!

This is my first washer I ever purchased. It works well and we paid extra to get the vendor to set it up. It gets the job done but I noticed sometimes it leaves detergent stain on my clothes. I am not sure if it is because we are not using high efficiency detergent like it is recommended or because I put the water mode as low. I am playing around with it. The size is okay. I wished I would've waited cause the prices dropped for bigger machines. I tried to only do small batches of laundry instead of a lot at once. There are lots of functions, but I have only tried a couple.

This dishwasher is AMAZING! I love how quiet it is. The third rack is awesome and the feature that it pops open during the drying cycle is sooo cool.

Purchased this Dishwasher at a Best Buy outlet for half the retail price (including the. Est Buy protection plan), it came with all parts and was still wrapped in plastic like new. Installation was a breeze and it worked as it should. Cleans the dishes as expected, top shelf for utensils is shallow so some larger utensils don’t fit but between the 3 shelves, dishes, pots and pans all fit in 1 load. Great value for the outlet price and condition.

Definitely cleans better than my old dishwasher. Very quiet one can't hardly hear it running. One drawback the bottom kick plate doesn't really fit gets bent one has to remove it.

This dishwasher has lots of room and runs very quietly.
