I installed this on my own in about 30 minutes. Very easy. This is probably the most quiet dishwasher you will ever own- you'll have to actually listen to notice it while it's running. I know some people do not like how it pops open when it's done. My wife and I actually really like that feature and would actually open the door on our former dishwasher to let it air dry. The adjustable racks are incredibly versatile. The connection to Samsung SmartThings is pretty cool, but may not be useful for everyone. I don't have anything negative to say about this dishwasher, just hope it holds up.

This machine is quiet, I could be next to it and only way I know its on is because it has a timer lit up. I find it a little smaller on the inside than my last dishwasher as i'm not able to load as many dishes as I used to. Its sometimes hard to load certain items as you have to adjust the 2nd rack high in order to use the utensil baskets on the bottom rack, otherwise the spinning gizmo (not sure what its called) will hit the spatulas. If you have the 2nd rack at its high position I can't put in my larger cups, I usually have to have the 2nd rack in its lowest position in order to put the larger cups in (which I use plenty), so I use the 3rd rack (utensil rack) mostly instead of the utensil baskets. The auto release to help dry the dishes is nice but don't expect your dishes to be completely dry from this feature. Its a good machine but I'm still messing around with it trying to figure out the best ways to use it.

Very good dishwasher! Very flexible with spacing and zones. The auto-open feature gets dishes very dry. Even the plastic ones, which won't be completely dry are the driest I've ever experienced and I've used a lot of dishwashers in my life. Best Buy was also really great to deal with. The first one I got had a small dent on the front and the leveling screw wasn't working, so they delivered a new one and took the old one away. But since we already installed it, they even let me use it over Christmas so I wouldn't be washing dishes over Christmas. Very good experience!

Dishwasher cleans well and have various features on shelves to accommodate different size dishes. It is very quite. It looks good in kitchen.

We absolutely love this machine. We had a 3-year-old machine, an oversized washer that had great capacity and we loved all the features but it did not get simple dirt and dust out of my work clothes because it did not have the Agitator, it only had the impeller at the bottom of basket which does nothing for moving your clothes to loosen dirt and clean your clothes properly. This machine moves everything so well and gets every bit of dirt, dust and grime out of our clothes. Highly recommend that everyone Stop going for the newest technology because it is not always the best...as it is in this case. Only complaint i have is that i wish you could change the settings (water level / temp, / soil) on cycles and they would stay.....instead, we have to remember to change what we need every time we wash.

Wow, my 10 year old previous front loader from another brand always made my clothes musty smelling and didn't clean well. This one is such a refreshing change! Even with an agitator, there is so much space inside. The top view photos really don't do it justice; it's way bigger in person. I'm able to do very large loads, which is a must with kids and pets. (Now I'm shopping for a new dryer, because I'm having to split the drying loads into two because it can't fit in the current old dryer!) It is saving me a lot of time though, and the clothes look and smell clean, finally! I love the variety of options for water fill level and cycle length. There's never a bunch of water left inside at the end, it drains well. It is fairly quiet and I don't get the weird "hammer" sound from the water coming in that always happened with my old model, and on the highest speed it stays balanced and level. My kids are enchanted by this thing; they literally watched for hours through the top so they could see every part of the cycle. Haha! My favorite feature, however, is by far the water jet. Ohhh that is so helpful! I love how I can pour detergent from a cup into the dispenser, then use the water jet to rinse it out so there's no sticky drippy residue that goes back on my detergent bottle. It's also great for rinsing product off my fingers! There isn't a sink in my laundry room, so this is incredibly helpful. Love this dishwasher!! So quiet you won’t know it’s running and dishes come out sparking clean! Great deal and looks very sleek and modern.
