Coming from a 25 year old washer, anything would be an improvement. That being said, this machine is whisper quiet, like you have to put your ear to the door to even know it’s on. It cleans everything that we put in it, but the center rack seems a little odd as far as loading goes. Seemed like we were able to fit more into the old machine. Not a complaint, just an observation. Overall very happy with this machine and it’s washing ability.

Works great. We spent time looking into features functions and product reviews, before choosing this one. In the end we feel we made the correct choice.

Quiet your cell phone vibration is louder than the phone.

The washer itself is great and very quiet. However, best buy delivered three of these to me that were dented. I had to request the 4th unit be physically inspected priot to arrival. The 4th unit i received arrived undented. I am very happy with the washer itself. Best buy customer service was polite and helpful but it was very frustrating to not have a dishwasher for 2 months

This is the quietest dishwasher we've ever owned. It cleans extremely well and has a lot of cycles to choose from. My only complaints are the locations of the drain hose, power junction and water line. The drain hose isnt very long and it ends up taking away space behind the washer so some of you won't have your your washer flush with your cabinets. The box to wire in your power cord is on the front right so you'll. You'll Need more than six feet of power cord if your power outlet is under the sink and not behind the washer. The water line connects to a plastic female end on the back left. Be prepared to need to widen the existing hole, create a new hole or be frustrated while you figure out your situation. Still, this isba great washer so far.

Extremely quiet! Sleek design. Maybe it’s a thing with newer models, but it sure does wash for a long time (like 2 hours)…and even then sometimes things on the top rack don’t come out clean- which is puzzling?! But overall, it washes the dishes so I don’t have too!!

This new washer exceeds our expectations. It quiet and does a very good job. The only negative I have is that, because I am only 5 feet tall, I have to use a step in order to reach the bottom of the tub. But that is not really an issue and certainly not the machine's fault.

Honestly I was a little skeptical after reading some questionable Samsung washer reviews…. But I have zero complaints. I love this washer, we’ve had it for months and it still runs great, has more than enough capacity and clothes come out feeling CLEAN.

We are very pleased with our Samsung washer purchase. We prefer the agitator for excellent cleaning. We have found the spin cycle does a great job, meaning clothes need less time in the dryer. The best feature of this washer is how quiet it is, although the pleasant melody at the end of the wash cycle is a close runner-up.

Love this washer. It is just the right size - not too big or too small. Shorter height than the 5 cu ft models so its easier to get laundry out. The internal faucet if handy for rinseing items or adding extra water. Deep cycle works well. Little noisier that my old washer but I can live with it.

This is one quiet washer. Cleans well and was easy to install. I highly recommend it.
