So far I’m liking the dishwasher, quiet and it cleans really good!

When we purchased this dishwasher, we trusted the **SAMSUNG** name, expecting quality and reliability. **Big mistake.** This dishwasher has been nothing short of a disaster. For the first few months, it worked fine. Then, at around the six-month mark, **the nightmare began**—it started leaking **every single time** we used it. No big deal, right? Just call Samsung and get it fixed. **WRONG.** Samsung’s customer service is a complete joke. They read from their little scripts, repeating the same useless lines like robots. **Five**—yes, FIVE—technicians came out to “fix” the issue. And guess what? **Still leaked. Every. Single. Time.** My fiancé had to take off work for these pointless visits, but that was just the beginning of the frustration. So, my fiancé called Samsung customer service. **More of the same.** Hours wasted on hold, getting transferred around, only to be **hung up on** after **three-plus hours**. At this point, we thought maybe—just maybe—getting bumped up to a "specialty claims associate" would get us somewhere. **WRONG AGAIN.** Enter **Sharon**, the so-called specialist. Rude, dismissive, and utterly useless. Instead of offering a proper fix or a replacement, she decided we’d get a **reimbursement.** Sounds reasonable, right? **Wrong.** Now, we’re stuck buying a whole new dishwasher, paying another delivery fee, another installation fee, and wasting even more time. The worst part? **I was a loyal Samsung customer.** My house is FILLED with Samsung products—**four** Samsung TVs, the Bespoke washer and dryer, microwave, and we were even planning to buy a Samsung fridge and stove. **Not anymore.** After this debacle and the absolute disgrace that is Samsung’s customer service, my family will take our business elsewhere. Very quiet and cleans the dishes very well. No pre-washing required. Love the third rack. Very quiet

Haven't had it very long but it was easy to setup, works well thus far, and is extraordinarily quiet.

Absolutely love this dishwasher. It is sleek looking, love the hidden buttons, connects to Samsung Smart Things, and is incredibly quiet. If it weren't for the timer on the front, we wouldn't even know that it is running. The adjustable shelves make it easy to load in numerous ways, getting even some of larger dishes in. Have not had any issues with this at all.

I love the way it looks in the kitchen. It’s so quiet you don’t even know it’s on. Does an excellent job cleaning the dishes.

The dishwasher was easy to install,it is quiet, but best of all... no fingerprints!

I am very satisfied with my washer I have four teenagers that play hard especially my boys and get really dirty this wash machine gets the clothes much whiter and the dark are so much brighter… I’m in love with my washer… thank you for this opportunity to b One of the first ones to use this washer… just a little upset that I wasn’t able to get the washer and dryer set together but hopefully soon I will be able to…

So far I am loving this product. Our last dishwasher was quite loud. We could hear each cycle. This one is so quite I have a few times gone to make sure I turned it on. I really like the handy app. Definitely make sure you download it. If you are unsure what cycle to run it can give you a recommendation and you can send it to the dishwasher and then just press start. It lets you know when it’s time to clean it as well.

I used the machine for 3 loads, 1 hot 1 warm and 1 cold. I like the translucent top which allows me to see clothes during washing, the timer which tells me how much time is left in the cycle and my clothes coming out not as wet as they did from my previous washing machine.

This is such a good washer. I am impressed how good this washer is you can wash your king size blankets in here no problem. The price was amazing for about 450 dollars delivered and installed. Would buy again and did tell my friends and family about this

This is my 3rd Samsung Dishwasher that I have purchased from Best Buy. (Yes, we move a lot.) This by far the best one that we have purchased. It is rated at 39 dBA and quite honestely they should include a stethoscope so you can hear it.

Super quiet, no complaints about quality of washing results. More than enough room for lots of dishes/glasses.
