I noticed today that the top rack has several rust spots where the plastic coating is gone and completely rusted. I only put glasses, cups and bowls on top rack, never anything sharp. As for the functionality, It does not clean off any food that has sat for a day or longer. If you plan on running the dishwasher right away, no need to pre-wash unless there is stuck on food. It has great cycle options, but honestly, we only use a couple. Overall, I would say this dishwasher is not worth the money and I would not buy again!

I was hesitant only because being back order . But I am glad I waited. This machine is sooo slient i have to take a double check to see if its on. Super silent, totally worth it. I love when the cycle is complete the door is left ajar.

So far so good the only thing is the 3rd rack doesn't really dry the spoons but it dries the rest of the stuff really not a big deal. The only thing I don't like about it is the racks continuously fold down on the bottom rack so I always have to fix them as I am loading the dishwasher. Best buy also wouldn't do a price match on it when I found it cheaper.

You can still hear it, but the loudest part of the wash cycle is when the water drains. Holds a very respectable load size, with 3 total loading levels (the top level for small items like metal straws, measuring spoons, etc. Plenty of different wash cycle options, too, and water efficient. One of my best kitchen purchases.

Only complaint would be that the racks are not layed out well for loading a large number of dishes. Would rather have racks front to back instead of left to right. Haven't had a new dishwasher in 18 years when we first built the house, my LG is like winning the dishwasher lottery. It's very quiet with plenty of room and an additional rack at the top. Love the multiple settings and the Wifi capability. I purchased the black stainless steel and it fits right in with our decor.

The linear wash system is different but does a nice job. It’s very quiet. At the end of the cycle, the door pops open slightly to release steam.
