I can’t believe how quite this dishwasher is while it’s running. Dishes come out clean and DRY

The install directions were a little confusing. Pretty straight forward once I located the plumbing. Really like the 3rd rack. I didn't know the door opens when the cycle is over. Freaked me out the first time

One of the best dish washers that we've owned. Finish always looks clean. The linear wash mechanism is so much better that rotating arms. We love the auto setting which controls the runtime based upon how dirty the dishes are. We also like the air dry which saves energy and saves your dishes, especially plastic ones since there is no high temperature heating element involved.

Do not buy this dishwasher. Simply miserable experience. I was initially attracted by the features, and the rack design, and quite frankly to upgrade a sketchy old one that was quite loud. Within a month of the install, I had to have a Samsung tech out to fix the inside rear plastic line that supplies water to the racks, who had no idea what he was doing, and popped it back in and said "keep an eye on it." No other fix. About 8 months later, the dishwasher started cutting out in the middle of cycles, and then would not turn on at all. Yet again, the same Samsung techs came out, replaced the control unit, and it wouldn't work. They said yeah, seems like an electrical problem, we don't work on dishwashers that much, sorry, and left. I then hired my personal electrician to come look at it, who found that the original best buy installers absolutely pulverized the romex line supplying power to it when installing it, stripping it down to the copper. Once replaced, it works again fine. A year and some months later, the middle rack is now totally broken and doesn't stay in place or clip in, so it's free floating and comes out every time you open the dishwasher and you have to juggle it while loading and unloading. Ridiculous. This is not a serious dishwasher. It cleans, when it actually works, but that's rare. Don't buy it.

It has been an excellent product despite almost daily use for 3 years. Its 110v so dont need to worry about 240v sockets.

This is an excellent cleaning dishwasher. The "linear wash" feature appears to work just fine. I wasn't sure if it was an innovation or a gimmick, and honestly I still don't know. But it does work at least as good as a normal spinning arm. Everything comes out clean and spotless.

We bought this Samsung to match our other appliances. Of the other models, this one featured an easy rack roll out as well as being able to change the height position of the top rack. I really like how you do not see any buttons or writing on the front. When it is on, it shows a countdown of how much time is left. Lastly, it is very quiet! Especially compared to our previous one. Very happy with purchase!
