Great until it's out of warranty.

Error codes just about every time. Only completes the cycle one in five times if we use the 'Express 60' setting. I'd expect more from a washer at this price point and branding. All of our other Samsung appliances are working fine at the moment - but this dishwasher I'd steer clear of. Very disappointing.

Poor Installation
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The product may be outstanding but the installation I paid for was not properly completed with the attachments to the counter and the electrical connection. I called Samsung when the dishwasher stopped working after a month or two and had to call an electrician . Samsung determined the dishwasher was operational but there was a problem with the power supply. The electrician removed the dishwasher and found the plug had worked loose from the connection and the dishwasher was improperly attached to the cabinet and the power plug was no longer attached to the wall.

Called Best Buy and was told I had to call Samsung. This proved a difficult task as the customer service is out of country. The servicing center is in a city 200+ miles away. The repair ticket had incorrect contact info. The repairman/dealer was rude and condescending. The washer had several issues; water did not spin/drain completely, the tub did nit fill properly and the washer would not work unless the hot water was used to wash even when the cold water selection was used as a choice to wash clothing. Running my hot water would cost me over $300 a month if I ran the hot water to wash clothes since we use hot water for other hygienic purposes.
