This dishwasher is so quiet we can’t hear it when we are standing right next to it. We weren’t expecting it to not have a heating element so that has taken some getting used to but we love it.

Beautiful color - smoke gray. Loading capability good. Spin cycle required maintenance 6+ months after purchase. Otherwise, no problems.

Great machine! Easy to install. Just be cautious with kids and opening it whule running. But it washes and dries better than any one we've ever had.

The power and controls are a bit tricky to get to (close fit under counter top) can be confusing if you start the cycle...and then reopen the dishwasher to add one more thing. But pretty easy to figure out

Great dishwasher! have had no problems since our purchase and it is indeed super quiet. Which is the only reason we upgraded. It wouldn't dry the dishes very well at first. I tested our water temperature and it was low. Raised it and have never had an issue since.

Great Dishwasher. love the sleek look of it and the spacious inside is exactly what we needed as a family of 4. You can rearrange it so many ways to fit everything to get washed.

Bought this a year or two ago when it wS on sale. Still works great.

Love the top tray. All dishes come out clean with no residue. Not a fan of drying cycle. All the dishes come out wet.

Great experience! Second time getting a dishwasher from Best Buy and both times they made the whole process smooth and easy. Also, they delivered and installed in 3 to 4 days only. BTW, this Samsung dishwasher is super quiet, clean and dry dishes great. Definitely will recommend this dishwasher to anyone I know.

Do not buy! This dishwasher started leaking in less than a year. Because it was still under warranty from Samsung, Samsung coordinated a repair and solicited Smart Care to repair the dishwasher. What a nightmare. Here I am almost 2 full months later still waiting for the repair. Smart Care is truly an unprofessional business entity in which the staff tells lies. Smart Care called me yesterday (9/3) to confirm an appointment to repair my Samsung dishwasher. The appointment was confirmed for today (9/4) between 11am and 5pm. At 4pm, I tried to call Smart Care to "reconfirm" the appointment. No one answered. So, I called Samsung's ticket management line. The person with whom I spoke at Samsung stated that Smart Care cancelled my ticket stating that they were unable to confirm my appointment. This is absolutely untrue. In fact, Smart Care has promised an appointment and cancelled or not shown up on each of the following dates: 9/4/25, 9/3/25, 8/29/25, 8/25/25, and 7/31/25. I have been waiting since 7/16/25 for them to repair the Samsung dishwasher that I had not even owned for a year when the door began to leak. Thankfully, Samsung asked me to give this company one more chance to fulfill their promise on 9/7/25. If they do not, I will request a new service provider and will NEVER purchase another Samsung product in my lifetime. (Note, we own several Samsung TVs and Samsung refrigerator, dishwasher, washer, and dryer appliances.) Smart Care is the absolute worst! I look forward to posting this review on the Better Business Bureau's site. Oh, wait. Smart Care has an F rating on the BBB and is not an accredited BBB vendor. No surprise there!

Very nice and quiet dishwasher. Have been using for two months now with no issues. The price was reasonable comparing to the other ones that were available.

Dishwasher is great & very quiet. I love how the door opens automatically when the cycle is done to help with the drying. I also like not having a handle on the outside of the door makes it look sleek.

I picked up this unit at Best Buy on June 27, 2019. When I arrived home I noticed that the kick plate was bent. The way it is shipped, I wasn't surprised (it's suspended in the top middle of the packing with no support). I bent it back and installed the dishwasher. Then when I get it installed, I noticed one of the tabs on the top rack is broken off ?! I find it in the bottom of the dishwasher. Not a good experience for a brand new $900 dishwasher that hadn't even cleaned one dish. I contacted Best Buy and was told they couldn't get me a replacement until next week. I contacted Samsung hoping that they would replace the damaged parts and they told me NO. I need to contact Best Buy and wait for a replacement. Two minor imperfections that Samsung could have easily fixed, but they refused to help.

After our old dishwasher broke down, we purchased this new dishwasher and were amazed at the multiple configurations of the dishwasher/racks. Even more surprising is how quiet the dishwasher runs. Compared to our old dishwasher, we didn't even realize it was running when it was... so quiet!!!

Just the right size for the two of us. Dishes come out clean and when using the sanitize feature, they are dry as well.
