At first was worried it would not meet our needs. But it works great and does the job.

We bought this dishwasher as a replacement to an aging unit in our house. You can't tell it's running unless you are right next to it, it's that quiet! Easy install, lots of configurations, great buy!

I am not kidding at all this is the quietest dishwasher I have ever came across and I am glad that I bought it.

I actually couldn't even believe it the first time that I used this dishwasher. It was so quiet that I literally could not hear it. I have never had a dishwasher so quiet before.

This machine is Perfect Our dishes sparkle when complete I was looking for a quiet machine due to our floor plan and this one can’t be heard standing next to it. We love it.

Nice 3 rack dishwasher. Best feature is the automatic door open after the dishwasher is done. Helps to facilitate dishes drying much better and I don’t have to be awake to get it done.

SHES FINALLY HOME......SHES SMART , SEXY , QUIET , VERY RESPONSIVE , I CAN CHANGE HER CYCLE ANYTIME I WANT , GENTLE BUT POWERFUL , TANGLES LESS AND CARES MORE BY LETTING ME KNOW IF SOMETHING IS WRONG IN OUR RELATIONSHIP....IM IN LOVE I LOVE HER ,EXTREMELY QUIET , SMOOTH AND BALANCED....CLOTHES COME OUT CLEAN AND PRACTICALLY DRY....DRY TIME CUT BY 2 THIRDS ...20 MINUTES DRY INSTEAD OF 60...YOU CAN CHANGE THE WATER HEIGHT LEVEL TO THE EXACT LEVEL YOU WANT AT ANYTIME ON START UP OR WHEN IT IS IN THE WASH CYCLE..THE WASHER IS SMART IT BALANCES THE CLOTHING WITH SPINS....KING AND QUEEN SIZE COMFORTERS ARE A BREEZE NO PROBLEM BUT IT IS BEST TO WASH THEM IN THE LAUNDROMAT SO YOU CAN EXTEND THE LIFE OF YOUR WASHERS MOTOR....THE WASHER HAS 2 LITTLE CONS (1) DONT OVER SUD WASHER BY ADDING TOO MUCH DETERGENT THE WASHER WILL FREEZE UP AT THE END OF THE FIRST CYCLE AFTER DISPENSING THE OVER SOAPY WATER AND WILL NOT UNFREEZE UNTIL THE SUDS DISSIPATE.....IF ALL YOU SEE IS SUDS IT WILL FREEZE UP....IF YOU CAN SEE SOME OF YOUR CLOTHING WASHING AFTER ADDING DETERGENT YOUR OK ....IF YOU USE THE DETERGENT DISPENSER YOUR FINE IT WONT HAPPEN.....(2) THE WATER DRAIN HOSE IS KINDA SHORT YOU MIGHT NEED A EXTENSION HOSE....I LOVE HER LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE.....HIGHLY RECOMMEND...THAN YOU BEST BUY AND THANK YOU SAMSUNG ...SAMSUNG YOU MADE A AMAZING WASHER....

I am extremely pleased with the quality and function of this dishwasher. Very quiet and very well made. As long as it stands the test of time I will be very happy.

Nothing but problems. I purchased this dishwasher in August 2022. Within just a few months, it was leaking water onto my hardwood floors. BestBuy tech came out, repaired it. All was good for another few months, but then the bottom bar came off and refused to stay on during cycles. Tech came out again, fixed it. Thank goodness for the Best Buy total tech program, as it was out of the one year warranty at that point. Fast forward to today, three months past the 2 year Best Buy warranty, and the bar breaks again. I had an appliance repair guy come out and he quoted me just under $500 to replace the part. I paid $800 for this dishwasher. He said he sees this a lot and did not recommend repairing it as it was likely to break again. No thank you. I’m just getting a new one. I promise I will never buy another Samsung dishwasher again.

This dishwasher makes almost zero noise. I love that it opens to let the steam out.

We were looking for the best, and it was actually in stock. Had it installed and we just took the day off. Samsung has made Dishwashers “Great Again” Maga accolades.

I like how this is, is works great. The only thing is, it take a few days before it is full. and then it smells awful.. but it does get everything clean.

I like the door opens to dry out at end of wash. I like 3rd top shelf for washing large utensils. One negative: dish support tines on bottom rack not ideal for all loads.

Bought this dishwasher when (Easter Weekend) the electronics went out on my GE one. I couldn't get another GE with Bottle Jets for 3-6 months delivery. Got this Samsung as an instant purchase. It is "extremely" quiet!!!!! Has shorter cycles but still sanitized HOT water cycle. Does fairly well with cooked-on foods. Wish the manual gave a better photo of how to load this unit with dishes.

does a nice job cleaning dishes and components are good. only complaint is does not dry dishes well.

I really like this washing machine. Simple, and I personally like the agitator. Great value.
