I am used to using top loader washers that take around thirty minutes per load. This weighs the load and usually takes about 50-60 per load. I am not washing large loads so was a little surprised at the time requirements. Still very happy with the washer and dryer set and the service from the install group!

I've only had this washer for about 3 weeks, but I've already really put it through the paces with lots of laundry loads. The size of the drum is great, and I can get my laundry done in about half the time as with my previous washer. Clothes come out clean. This washer is nice and quiet even with the large capacity and high spinning speed. The end of cycle signal is not just a beep. The washer plays a quick little tune, but if you have the sound all the way on, then it lasts 30 seconds (I timed it because it seemed so long!) and does not stop playing even after opening the door. I actually find the long signal helpful so I can notice it from several rooms away and take care of my laundry load right away. I'm a bit disappointed that some of the cycle operations are not as adjustable as I'd like, but I still love this washer.

From the get go the machine has been a star! First and foremost, it cleans the laundry, and it does that with barely a whisper. The final spin reduces residual water content to a minimum. Combined with its twin dryer it is all I could ask for in my laundry room.

Needed a new washer and this one caught my eye. The steam option has been extremely useful for making sure everything gets clean. Hard to say for sure, but I think it has helped with getting those airborne allergens out of my clothes and linens.

This is my 4th Samsung washing machine in less than 1 year. The first top loader model was delivered from another store (not Best Buy) and would not power on after delivery. The 2nd washer (same model) was re-delivered and worked great, until 2 months later I received notice it was being recalled. Due to the recall, I purchased a different top loader model and upon delivery that machine would not latch or start a wash cycle. This is when I gave up on the Samsung top loaders and dealing with the other retailer. I decided to purchase a front loader washing machine from Best Buy. Overall it is a good washer. However, I still think top loader machines clean better than this model. I don't think I would purchase a Samsung washing machine in the future, but due to the recall, I received more money from Samsung to replace my recalled washer with another Samsung machine.

Reviewed lots of options, this Samsung pair was by far the best for the money.

I've been an avid Samsung fan for a long time, so when we bought our new house, we went with Samsung washer, dryer, and fridge. Being smart homeowners, we did look at reviews first, and all of them were all the rage with nothing but good things to say.... but now after owning these appliances almost 3 years, I can say with certainty I will never purchase another Samsung appliance. Looking at the more recent reviews, it seems we are not the only ones. I'd recommend you to stick with Samsung phones only. Issues specifically with the washer - went out of balance after 6 months of light use, smells terribly inside no matter how often you run cleaner through it, and completely DIED (circuit board issue) just before the 3 yr mark. For a nearly $1000 machine (after the stand, delivery, installation, etc.), this is no where near enough use to be worth it, not to mention the cost of maintenance. My last washer/dryer set at the old house lasted over 10 years and was still going strong when we sold it with no maintenance in the last 5 yrs. And don't get me started on the fridge... ice issues and water filter issues galore. I'm just waiting for that to die along with the dryer because I feel like it's inevitable.

Would buy again. Great price. Staff at Jefferson City store are the best.

This gets the job done for typical use but I did have some clothes that were extra dirty from riding an ATV and the dirt did not all come out on the first wash cycle. Additionally, my only complaint would be that I have to leave the washing machine door open after use to let it air out.

I'm a Samsung homer so its easy for me to give any Samsung product a chance over others. i have now had this washing machine for a couple months, and i absolutely love it. no issues, easy to use. seems overwhelming until u actually use it

Had to get a new washer quick because mine was in the dump . Called bestbuy after doing research on what I wanted and fpuns a store with the washer in stock . Had it delivered right away . Wife couldn't be happier . Happy wife happy life ... great job Best Buy

Best washer I ever purchased and Best Buy made it very smooth and quick!

Takes a while to go through cycles but does a good job of cleaning my clothes. It takes about 55 minutes for a cycle. I haven't found a way to really cut down on wash time if I need a quick wash. It is my understanding that this is common among HE front load washers.

Works great and gets my clothes clean unlike the top loader I returned.

Long cycles but otherwise very satisfied. I would recommend this item.

Love the large capacity and the selection of wash options. Only had a short time but so far so good.

My old washing machine was a combo of washer and dryer by LG lasted nine years. Unfortunately it broke on me and I started looking for more room, quietest and better priced washing machine. After few days of research I liked this washer because of my need. More room then my old machine, same space to set up, more cycles to wash and better priced by Best Buy. I was able to set up the home delivery and installation within 2 days. Delivery and installation crews showed up on time and in 10 minutes they were able to get the old machine out of the house and install the new machine. They performed a test on the new machine and explained how this product work and answered service related questions. After they left I performed my first wash through the new machine. I was amazed how quiet the machine while running through cycles, liked the platinum color of the machine that matched my dryer as well.I would definitely recommend this washer to everyone who is in the market to purchase one.

Overall a very good washer. Has easy to read dial, with multiple options. The only negative is that ther is NO WAY to adjust how much water you want to use. I other words if you have a especially dirty load, you may want to use more water and that is not possible.

This washer works great and has many settings for different types of clothes, bedding, towels, etc. Clothes look cleaner. Auto-balancing feature works well when washing sheets and towels to keep the washer working. Highly recommend!
