Cleans well - super quiet

I haven't tried it yet but plan on reading up on it. also, if you need to open the door to add a forgotten item to the wash after it's started, water doesn't drip on the floor and make a mess.

Big Upgrade

The water saving mechanic on it helps a great deal and the many different cycle options are useful to accommodate our different clothing materials.

I deducted one star because the setup instructions for the balancing cycle were incorrect and caused me to waste frustrating hours on the phone with your customer service people who spoke such heavily accented English that I could barely understand them.

Just make sure you always leave he door open when not in use to keep odors away.

Samsung Steam front loader

I purchased this because I needed to wash clothes and the home I bought didn’t come with one...maybe I didn’t negotiate good enough on that front. It cleans your clothes and I have no issues with it. If you need a washer, why not this one?

Fast and Easy

It is so easy to just hit the settings and go. I usually use the speed wash setting but can still adjust water temperature and speed of spin cycle. It has cut my washing time in half and my clothes come out clean!
