Everything that I needed in a washing machine! Actually cleans compared to the old top washer I used to have.

Best Buy's is the only store I shop at. They carry everything. If they don't have in the store you get it online. Westland, Mi Best Buy is the "Best" Best Buy Store. They have the Best General Manager Nathan. He is all about customer service, very friendly and helpful, very knowledgeable of anything in the store. I have a great experience every time I'm in that store. And I've been to all the Best Buys in my area and the Westland store tops them all.

Great washing machine, the menu can look formidable, use the large included hand book to navigate through the options if you need to change settings. We have been happy with the washer so far and have used the default settings. We have the washer on the left side so we can easily transfer loads into the dryer. Very happy with our purchase. We chose the Best Buy extended warranty on the washer and dryer for long term peace of mind.
