So far so good. I really like the steam setting on the washer and dryer. You can tell they put a lot of technology into these things now. Delivery and installation was quick and easy thanks to the geek squad as well.

Whites turn out much whiter than a top loader! Daughter reports it is excellent at cleaning and loves it! She says she will never have a top loader again. This review is for a 5.0 cubit ft Samsung I purchased for her but Best Buy list it as a 4.5 cu ft.

I previously had a smaller Samsung front loader in my previous house. With a larger family, we decided to upsize. We’ve only had the machine a couple of months but it has cleaned every our family of six has thrown at it. So far everything has come out clean.

Samsung - 4.5 Cu. Ft. 10-Cycle Front-Loading Washer with Steam is doing a great job for us. It is easy it have individualized settings for each wash load if desired. My only complaint is that the end cycle sound is not loud enough to always be heard.

Our previous Samsung washing machine was damaged during a move, therefore we replaced with the newer model as we were very satisfied with the earlier model.

This thing has tons of features. Several wash cycles to choose from. The wash cycles are longer than the cycles on my Kenmore. The shortest cycle takes 30 minutes to wash. I wished there was a 15 min cycle for when I am in a real hurry.

Front load and includes a steam setting although I have not used that feature. The washing is excellent and dry time is reduced since the clothing is spun very well. I am pleased with the performance. The sale price was also helpful.

This washer is used daily by my large family. I love the way it washes all my clothes and it offers plenty of settings to get my clothes very clean and smelling wonderful. I’ve been using my machine 2.5 years!!!!

Bought this for my new home. It's been a week now using it. So, as of now, it is a great washer unit. I like the steam feature of it. It does not vibrate. It does not make a lot of noise. Overall, I'm satisfied.

We have family of six. This machine washes three Loads every day. I had other Brands before, they only had some hiccups and issues after a year and. So far I like it when works good.

The washer has worked great and has more than enough settings to accommodate our different load types. I gave 4 stars because it is not the quietest, but at this price point I doubt you will find any better.

I have been using this for 2 months now and can appreciate all the different features that this washer has to offer. I especially like the sanitize feature that lets me know my daughters clothing are free from anything she might pick up from her daycare.

We are very happy with our new washer. We know we will be saving water and the spin cycle almost dries the clothes. Drying times are shorter, saving money and time.

We picked up this along with the matching dryer as floor displays at a substantial discount. Other big box stores said it would take them 1 month to order them. 6 months in and we are loving them!

I always used front load washer so I was happy to see Samsung offered this model. It was also compatible with pedestals I already had so it was a nice bonus.

I had a front loader washer before and the mechanism that holds the tub gave way. The front loader used to have a "musty" smell. This top loader has a much larger tub and does not have the "Musty" smell.

A great looking machine that does exactly what you need it to. There are many different options to select from, depending on what you need - should work great for everyday use.

This is only the 2nd washer i've ever owned and my last no brand washer lasted forever. Hoping this does too. Spring that holds door gasket popped off and there was leakage about a year in. Popped it back in and no issue since.
