My 1st samsung steam HE washer lasted 8 years. This one is off to a good start, I like that it has a self-clean cycle to ward off the potential front loader odor

Excellent quality and especially liked because these washer and dryer units are stackable and worked well in a relatively small space. Overall I am extremely happy with this purchase.

I have used it twice and so far it does the job, I'm still getting used to all the extra settings. Only problems are that it's too low for me. Also that it takes around an hour or so to complete a load. Other than that it works good.

So far we have this washer on a great deal due to was an open box, still working great, excellent item, tha way it washes the clothes is awesome,

I would have given 5 stars but I ended up returning it because it didn’t fit in my closet in my condo. The stacking kit adds about an inch or 2 to the depth so I couldn’t close the door. Otherwise, it’s a great washer!

This is my third Samsung washer. I have to admit, I like my new one (this one) a little less that the other two because it’s just not quite as good. There’s no more light. What’s with that? Samsung makes good appliances though.

The washer appears to perform very well. We tried the steam cycle with a " whites " load, and I got to say that the came out very clean, much better than our previous front load washer.

This washer works very well and has a moderate price tag. It has many settings that will work for any type of load. It is replacing a Samsung washer that lasted about 6 years.

Great washer/dryer. Much better than my previous one. Installers did a clean and professional job despite arriving when I was still in the process of removing the old units.

Replaced a whirlpool with this Samsung. Nice machine. Many cycles and options. Best Buy delivery was excellent. Delivered and hooked up the machine efficiently.

This is a great front load washing machine with lots of great features. It is very user friendly and it has a variety for cycle for different kind of fabrics. I would definitely recommend this front load washing machine .

I absolutely love this washer, it works amazing and I love all the wash setting on it i just wish there was one for towels, that's the only reason for giving it 4 stars and not 5. Otherwise I love this washer!!

This washing machine is replacing an almost new LG top loader that I couldn't live with. It is amazing, washes dog beds and has a speedy shorter cycle that really cleans❤️

This is my 2nd front load washer. I don’t get the mildew build up that I had with my last one. I should have bought the pedestal to go with it.

I purchased the matching washer and dryer together and happened to luck out on a great sale. Both products were exactly what I was looking for. No complaints!

What a difference this front loader makes. So quiet efficient and sings a song when done. Delivery was easy and they took the old with them. Samsung makes a great machine

This washer is ok. We had some spots on clothes even after washing. Get extended warranty though on washer. The associate said washer has more moving parts so it’s good to have warranty.

Pleased with washer. Uses less water and still cleans. Spin cycle is really fast leaving clothes more dry. Less dryer time. No problems with door or odors.

Got this for two months now. The only complain is that the noise is loud even it comes with noise reduction technology.
