We have only had the washer for 3 weeks but we love it. Very easy to use and works great. Wonderful vibration control.

Best wash machine I ever own it works great with the app let you know when the laundry is done on your cell phone!!

Washes great. Clothes are clean. Only complaint is that we always keep it on extra rinse because one rinse doesn't seem to do enough.

Lots of features at a good price. Only complaint is need to pre soak heavily stained clothes in a bucket prior to washing as I don't think washer uses enough water to clean these

It's been great using this washing machine. It's a great size for my family and it looks great! The only thing is if I forget to drain the bottom filter, it leaks. Other than its a great washer!

Works great. Uses less detergent than our last washer. Seems gentler on clothes than our previous washer too. But, the cycles seem much longer.

This is a very attractive washer and so far I have been satisfied with it. It is a lot louder when it spins than the Kenmore front loader that I had for years. But other than that, it is fine.

Love the buttons on this versus the one we replaced from 10 years ago. Samsung continues to improve and make their products right.

IT is great for the most part. I don't like the self locking part of it but I realize Samsung added as a child safety feature. I don't have kids so wish I could turn it off.

Well, we've had this for about 2 months and it's been killer so far. The disinfectant setting really took care of the bad for smells!
