The old one broke an internal frame part inside the basket and vibrated itself to death. Too expensive to fix (more than a new machine). Replaced it with this one, which also had vibration issues. Returned it to Best Buy. BB was great with the return, and the install techs were awesome. This was mounted on a Samsung pedestal on a concrete floor. Too bad appliances only last a few years anymore. I think this model is discontinued.
