Cleans good while using very little water and detergent which is going to take sometime to get used to.

It works great and I have no problem with it yet. I would like to get the stand for it but they are to much.

It's ok. Nothing special. I'm sure the average priced no brand name would suffice. Very touchy, like a high priced broad. If you don't clean the filter consistently, consider your laundry room under water!

A little too noisy even with small loads, don’t know why ?

Found out from the delivery men that my pan that came with the house was too small for this washer. Hard to find a pan large enough so I chose a different washer. Would have been nice to know about the issue from the sales people.

Since the beginning having issues with vibration and operation with noise, vibration (rattling, banging). Returned and exchange for another brand.

Lasted a little over 2 years and drum bearings went out. Luckily I had a home warranty and they decided it was cheaper to replace the whole machine. This was the second Samsung I've had in 5 years. Great phones, but their washers suck.

We bought this washer 2 years ago and it stop working. We called and the technician came out and told us that the circuit board is damaged so it will cost us 385.89 for a replacement. We just went and bought a new one yesterday. We made a big mistake not buying extended warranty. My advise to you is to pay the extra and get extended warranty on your appliances.

Would not recommend this laundry pair to anyone. They are extremely noisy. So noisy that we had to seek out noise dampeners for the feet, which only nominally helped. We’ve also had problems with the unit leaking. Would not purchase this brand in the future.

Sadly enough this machine is super load and makes this high pitch screeching noice on spin cycle. I have it leveled and on a pedal stool and it was calibrated when installed. Samsung products have gone down hill over the last 4 years. Even the logo on my machine is sideways. That shows me how the craftsmanship on the assembly line cares to check quality. Do not buy Samsung. Bad!!! I will be exchanging this weekend.

After one cycle the washer was out of balance. Recalibrate per user manual and machine continued to shake out of control and damaged our wall. Took back and got full refund. Ended up finding a better washer and deal at Sears “Kenmore Elite “

I was drawn to this set due to the steam functions on both the washer and dryer. The problem was the install on the product. The installation men were very unprofessional and the dryer was never connected to a water valve, so the steam cycle is unavailable to me. All of my clothes come out of the dryer wrinkled! I also did not receive a dryer rack for drying heavier items.

Washer door only opens in one direction. We returned the washer and dryer because they did not fit in the space we had allotted for them due to door opening on wrong side. We purchased Electrolux because they have reversible washer doors.

Don't buy this washer … with in one year water was leaking from the front door

This does not wash as I expected from expensive washer.

Delivery people damaged the tile when dragging my new washer

I love this washer. I also have the matching gas dryer. I've owned the set for about a year. I'm a single male. The large drum makes it so I only need to do a load a week, 2 if I'm doing the bedding. This thing can easily handle a week and half worth of my laundry. I mean 10 jeans, 10 shirts, 10 undies, 2 towels, 2 washcloths, 10prs of socks. No problem for this thing. It can also handle all the queen bedding in one load - comforter, fitted sheet, flat sheet, 4 pillow covers, bed skirt. I'm not shy about packing the washer full. It's on the second floor and is VERY quiet throughout all phases of the cycles. It rarely goes out of balance and will stop before it makes too much noise. The reason for the 4 stars is that the balance sensor is very sensitive on the fast wash setting. It's the only setting that will attempt to balance to the load until it is perfect, this results in the fast wash cycle taking significantly longer than what is displayed on the timer. All the other wash settings let spin cycle engage being slightly out of balance allowing the cycle remaining time to be fairly accurate. The washer quickly corrects the slight imbalances before the RPMs get to full speed (within 10 seconds). Even when the spin cycle first engages, the machine remains quiet.

It is a good washer. The seal was replaced after 4 years.

Runs great. Usage of water is low. Unit is sturdy and like that it has the ability to Alert me when load is done with little bell rings.

This washer is great. Cleans laundry very well. Extremely quiet. I hardly even know it's on until the music plays at the end of the cycle.
