We need a new washer and dryer so I did a loot of research fr washer and dryers. This one was on sale and I for once don't have buyers remorse. I have cut my washing down by half. What once to a all day event to finish washing clothes for the family is now just 3 hour now and I could not be more happy.

We were looking to replace what we had and after research we decided on the front loading by Samsung it has enough functions and is energy saving which is what we were wanting and it has been everything we wanted and does a great job Thanks to the folks that assisted us with the purchase

Enjoy the machine. A front loading washing machine. Have to remember to wipe out the inside edge to keep it from growing mold.

Love the add a wash feature and the color !!So much quiter !!

I had a front loader previously that couldn't wash a queen comforter. Was thrilled to see how much this washer could hold and clean.

This is by far the best washer I ever had. It washes my clothes clean and wring majority of the water out that it takes less energy to dry. The Add a Wash features is an added bonus. I love the delayed wash too. It is fancy but very easy to understand and use.

I bought this unit along with matching dryer. While this washing machine does not have the steam feature our dryer does which to me is vastly more important. We are very pleased with the features this machine does have and how well the machine performs.

I recommend this washer to anyone! It's an amazing one, the best washer I've ever used. I thought the "add wash" feature wouldn't be useful but I use it almost every day. I love everything about it.

I only gave it 4 stars because I've only had the product for shy of 2 weeks. It works great. Looks nice. Im not used to a front loader, but it seems a little low to pull wet clothes out of, but theres always a pedestal to fix the problem if you want to pay more money. But its a great product thus far!

I debated about buying a washer with steam, but my dryer has steam, and I don't miss it on the washer. Even though we don;t use it often, the "add-wash" door in fron is very nice to have when you want to add something after the load is started.

The washer is great! I love the add-in feature! The machine itself is such a pretty color and it's so chic! I topped it off with the pedestal, so it looks great and works even better! Samsung have their washers all of the bells and whistles!

I never give a product a 5 star because there are always improvements that could be made. That being said, I think this is a great machine. I have had it for almost two months and run about four loads a week. There are a variety of cycle options and the machine does a great job.

Have had for a couple months now. No issues, works great. Cycle time is good, clothes are rinsed well which helps reduce dryer time. Overall, have really appreciated this washer.

This washer has many different options example : towel, whites, bedding , heavy loads as well as light loads. It cleans all types of laundry excellent. I would highly recommend this washer to my friends as i already did.

Love my new washer. I've had LG, Whirpool washers over the years, and this one is by far the best I've had. Lots of cycle options, and does a great job without tearing up any delicate items. Highly recommend!

We bought this washer to replace an old one that was on it's last leg. What a great purchase it turned out to be. It's easy to get the hang of and now we are part of the energy efficient world and doing our part!

At first we had a little complication with the washer the 1st week but that was because we did the instillation our self's but other then us hooking it up wrong we have not any other problems. and my wife loves it.
