It's a nice, quite washer. Clothes feel really clean compared to my previous washer which was a top loader with water saving feature. But beware of missing socks that get stuck to the rubber lip around the washer. Found several of my kid's socks stuck there.

First time I've ever owned a brand new washing machine. Love the front end loading. You do have to reach really far into it to get everything out. Clothes come out spun really well. Very happy with our purchase!

Have had it for a few months and everything works as advertised. Only thing is when stacked my short wife can't see the dials/buttons because they're weirdly inverted at an odd angle. Otherwise everything seems swell.

This washing machine is totally awesome! I, no longer have a $200.00 monthly DRY CLEANING BILL! I just put it in the washer on delicate cycle and it comes out beautiful like it was professionally cleaned!

This washer machine is grassy, quiet, lots of options to wash your clothes. It is faster than our previous one and i love the fact that i can add more clothes to the load after it is already running.

We were worried our pedestal wouldn't fit since it had been so long since we bought a blue Samsung. But we were delighted to find that they hadn't changed over all that time. The blue colors didn't quite match anymore but it was close enough.

Washer is great. settings and functionality is working exactly as expected. 4 Stars as I was informed by the best buy product specialist that smart home connectivity was included with the unit. An additional $22 adapter is needed.

The sizing is not completely accurate there is 1/4 " give or take on it. I had to cut the sheetrock in order for it to fit down steps into basement. Other than that a great machine

Great washer, no problems. The add door is worthless, though. You have to stop the washer to add, and the big door unlocks at the same time the add door does. You might as well use the main door. Other than that, we love it!

I love my New blue washer. Its really convenient especially with the little door made to add items while your clothes are washing. I'm really pleased and happy with my purchase.

Very happy with my new washer - extra large drum, lots of options for cycles. I could do without the singing end-of-cycle signal. I would prefer the old buzzer, but that's a minor thing. Otherwise a really nice washer.

I bought this washer to replace an aging kenmore, this unit is far superior to the old one. I have had it about 6 months so far and no complaints.

This is a great washing machine. It's a little on the large size but by far a superior machine.

Can't remember if I wrote a 1st review or not. Here's the 2nd. I now owned the washing machine for 2 years. During the warranty period, someone had to come out because the washing machine would pour out water as it was washing. The smart feature to use from your phone isn't smart at all because you have to buy a separate part that is no longer made by Samsung or sold by anyone. Overall, it gets the job done but probably wouldn't buy a similar one from Samsung.
