Great price for the product. The delivery was kind of slow.

I purchased this front load washer after spending countless hours reading reviews and comparing brands/ features for the dollar. I've owned Samsung appliances in the past and have had mixed results. I can honestly say, I'm not impressed! This washer starts half the time, makes noises that it shouldn't, and actually shakes so hard and loud that it sounds like it will self destruct! My wife has tried calibrating it and turning the features on and off, to no resolution. The dryer which was purchased at the same time, works great but the washer itself, is a complete disappointment. Buyer beware!

Washer died after 2 years and 10 months need $450+ to repair it not worth the price

Washer and dryer both started having issues right at 2 years. The washer will run for about 20 minutes and shuts off. We then have to unplug it for 5 minutes and plug it back in to continue. We have to do this 3 to 4 times to finish a single load. Very disappointed.

My old washer and dryer was 12 years old, so the many buttons seemed intimidating at first, but that quickly went away after just one use. The machine is very intuitive. The machine runs very smooth and quiet. I would recommend this unit. However, despite it all, there are some flaws. First, the washer sits very low to the ground so I have to get down on one knee to transfer the clothing from washer to dryer. I feel they designed it this way to force you to buy the pedestal. Second, after 40 loads or one month, the machine will not shut off all the way after a load is complete. A flashing icon lets you know that you need to run a "self clean" cycle. Although this alert goes away after 7 loads from the start of the programmed alert, it does come back again after the next 40 loads or one month. That is not the problem. The alert is actually a good thing. The problem is the self cleaning cycle takes 3 hours and 20 minutes even though the estimated time says nearly 4 hours. During that time, the machine is using water and electricity, so I hope the need to run the self cleaning cycle is factored into the energy saving calculation because 3 hours is a long cycle.

This washing machine has been nothing but a big pain in my back side, It never stays level, have had geek squad out several times to work on it, it makes such loud noises like it taking off for a flight and it don't wash the clothes good or wring them out there always sope and wet!! I will NEVER buy another Samsung product again going back to LG!!!

I wash a lot of laundry! My last washer was an LG front loader and about 12 years old. It left marks all over mostly our white clothes, didn't like to spin out the towels making it difficult to dry and had super long wash cycles even though the machine said 25 minutes. Even with cleaning the machine often it was terrible to wash clothes in. This new machine has made me HAPPY in the short week that we've had it. The wash times are accurate! Last night I washed and dried a load of laundry in an hour and that included folding! The laundry comes out almost dry from the spin cycle making the drying time so much shorter! The rubber around the door of the washer is barely damp at the end of the cycle unlike my old machine that held water and turned mildew. The washer tub can hold more laundry so what was 2 long loads of laundry can now be done in one in a fraction of the time. Honestly I've only had this washer for 3 days and I can't say enough how much I love this machine! I've already washed 10 plus loads of laundry including bedding and towels, all of it turned out amazing! Smells fresh and clean! It even took the spots out of a white shirt that my old machine left! Best Buy delivered our new machine and installed somewhat. They didn't have all the parts to fully install it which is disappointing since that happened when they delivered our stove too but all in all we've had a great experience buying appliances at Best Buy.

With what I paid for the washer and dryer, I would not expect the washer to need replacing so soon. The labor and parts will cost almost as much as what I paid for it new. The tech said that the Samsung washers have been known to break and should be avoided along with LG.

We haven't had it long but so far I have washed lots of bedding and blankets, lots of children's clothing and stained sheets. The stain came out first wash. The washer and dryer make very little noise and any noise I hear from them is a comforting humming. I have owned junky whirlpool top loaders, a beautiful Bosch washer and dryer, and now these and these I love even more than my Bosch washer and dryer which surprises me. I love the add wash feature as I always am forgetting to add stuff so this feature is perfect for me. I love the azure color as well! It plays a cute little tune when the stuff is done washing and I feel that they are damp but not too wet or dry in the slightest so it's washing my clothes well. I love how the doors are tinted also it just gives it a sharp appeal and I personally thing that is a plus. I'm more than satisfied with our purchase!

Unfortunately this is the second Samsung washer after unsuccessful repair and we've had problems with both I have truly been disappointed, water leaking out if door, loud knocking noise.

Worse machine EVER. Heating element burnt out, then there was sensor drying thing . . . Pure JUNK!!!

The washer is too noisy and too loud when it starts to spin. Also, it is significantly shaking and jumping out. I have to call for the technician tmr to see what is going on

This was my first new dryer purchase in 15 years and I'm not disappointed. Has lots of functions, dries well, nice music at the end of cycle.

This is a great washer, but is not without problems. No one told me how delicate the finish is, so I will tell you. This is the first matching washer and dryer I have ever bought brand new, and I had to have the Azure color. I set a bottle of bleach on top of the washer while doing a load of clothes, and didn't notice that a little spilled. My new washer's finish is ruined. One week, and this beautiful set looks worse than my 20 year old Maytags. The color changed to a strange yellow color, which is very visible. How do you put a finish on a washing machine that doesn't stand up to laundry products? It also scratches very easily. And I paid $100 extra for the color! I contacted Samsung to see if there was a touch up pen, and they referred me to their parts department, where I found out there is no touch up color available for Azure. Why send me to parts? I think that they should have known this and told me, instead of sending me on another internet search. I have always been happy with Samsung products, but I am disappointed in this. In their defense, it does warn you that bleach can ruin the finish, but the warning is buried in the middle of the manual, and its a pretty thick instruction manual. Now that I have had the machine a month, I also have to call for service because the door won't lock. I have to hold it in to make the washer lock, so it will start. Sorry I sound so critical, it is an excellent machine that does a good job on laundry, but if you charge extra for a color, I think it should stand up better than this. I now keep a set of silicone mats on top of it, to protect it, and to cover up the big yellow splotch. If I do recommend this to a friend, I will tell them to buy a scratch and dent model, it will look like it very soon anyway!

We purchased this washer and dryer set a month ago. The washer door won't latch now unless we hold it shut until it locks once a cylce has started. I called Geek Squad (because we purchased the 3 year service warranty) and was told that they couldn't help because it is still covered under the Samsung manufacturer warranty. Great. Except why did I oay for three years of extended warranty when I'll really only be getting two years out of the deal. Best Buy will not help AT ALL when it comes to fixing our washer. They just keep referring us to Samsung. I'm glad it will be fixed under warranty *fingers crossed* but am not at all happy with Best Buy and how they misled me and my husband on the warranty. When I have an issue, I don't want the run around. I expect it to be fixed promptly and efficiently as that is why I PAID for the service. We will never purchase again from Best Buy. We love the washer and dryer otherwise. Works well and is huge compared to our old set!

I purchase this washer a week ago this is my first front load washer I was looking at this and a LG front load. I couldn't find many reviews on this but I think I made the best choice. I love it and how clean my clothes come out it is definitely worth recommending.I will be getting the matching dryer this week can't wait. I love the tune it plays when your load has finished and it turns itself completely off
