nice design, washes well with unique small second door. very quiet washer which we love most compare to previous the top loader. so far no complains

We initially purchased a new washer but immediately switched to this open box item with hardly any dents or scratches. We are very glad that we found the matching color to our dryer in open box itself. We made use of the July 4th deals to avail a good discount and saved our budget.

I was a little skeptical at first with purchasing a new washer and dryer after moving from Alaska. There is a variety to choose from and I was getting sick of the old school washer and dryer. With this washer and dryer it changes my perspective on how clean clothes are supposed to be. I have two dogs as well and it cleans all the dog smell and hair off of all the blankets making them look like new. Yes it's spendy but it's totally worth the price that you pay. The steam feature is great to for getting unwanted wrinkles out of your clothes last minute. Again it's worth every penny and I would highly recommend!!

Love this washing machine. Very easy to operate and cleans very will. The stain release cycle is great!

I love my washer! It gets everything clean, and since we are potty training I can add things to the load easily if accidents happen. It also plays me a song when the load is done, which I thoroughly enjoy!

I have to give this one star as we've had this less than 6 years and I am currently shopping for a last minute replacement. The bearings have gone bad, beyond repair and will cost more to fix than purchase a new machine.

Nice, but less than 7 years later, there are problems with draining, problems with the gasket , now problems with getting through a wash cycle!

Washing started smoking and smelling like rubber after just a few months of use. The drum would shake real bad and made a lot of noise. When the machine was working correctly it did a great job washing clothes. Just had to many issues. This was a replacement for the Samsung that was recalled.

Never buy a Samsung. I have 4 boys and need a working Washer/dryer. Samsung has been the worst experience I've ever had dealing with a company. Their customer service is the worst. Their washer and dryer broke after a few months, I had it repaired and it broke again, I had it fixed again and it broke again. Samsung could care less. Buy a different brand please!! Do not buy Samsung!!

We had a washer delivered over 3 weeks ago and they did not tighten the hose so it leaked down through the box at the wall and flooded my downstairs neighbor. Best buy is telling us that the delivery company is responsible . The delivery company keeps lying to us and not returning calls making false appointments. Best buy is who I bought this service through and expect you to take care of it. But they just keep telling us that the delivery company will take care of it. So this all started over 2 weeks ago and not 1 person has come to see the damage or even reconnect the washer.

Loved the washer but only had it 6 years then the motor went out. When repairman came out he told me they were only built to last 5-6 years. So sad!! Will never buy Samsung appliances again!!

After only 5 yrs of use, washer broke down. Repair man said fixing it would cost more than buying a new one. Washer looks brand new because I took great care if it. I cant beleive this!!!!

Do not buy Samsung washer or dryer because it is a very bad product
