great washer i read reviews before buying and yes the door seal is very wet after every load i just keep a washcloth hanging next to the washer and dry it after removing the load not a big deal just an extra step..very impressed with the quick wash i had this on previous washer and it still took forever this washer says 25 minutes and dang it seems like quicker than that ! Everything is clean have had no smell issues I do try to leave the door cracked after use but i have big dogs so it sometimes gets closed.. The only issue is the sales clerk didn't tell me the door was opening on a certain side so its backwards from my drying which is a pain but i'm sure if you remember to ask before purchasing you wont be in the same boat as me

Excellent front loader.....most energy efficient in the market. Love the small door to add additional clothes! Initially thought we would never need it but use it quite a bit. Clothes are definitely brighter.

Disappointed with previous recall; but went for Samsung this time for front loading with addwash feature. Had already used few times. Nice, quiet for now. Will update after 6 months if there is any problem.

I am very pleased with the product. It looked a little cheap at the store, but it is quiet, and the wash looks great. I would recommend this washing machine to anyone who wishes to buy a front loader.

This was our first front loader washer and we love it. The extra door for those stray items you find after the load has started is a real life saver. It runs pretty quiet and we are pleased with it.

Great washer - I thought I would use the front door more but I don't. The azure was on sale at the time - but I wish I would have went with the wine color or grey. The blue is just okay.

The door on the washer can not be switched. It will only open from the right towards the left. Problem is the way our laundry room is set up, our washer has to be on the right side. When you take laundry out of the washer, you have to walk around the washer door to put it in the dryer. I wish the door opened from the left so I didn't have to go over it when moving clothes from the washer and dryer. If we could have put the washer on the left, this wouldn't have been a problem. Other than that, I am very happy with it.

I really love this combo. I love the fact that it is so much quieter than my previous washing machine. There is a bit of extra vibration when going through the spin cycle but I am sure it can be adjusted once I call bestbuy support

Sometimes these engineers that develop products make the options way too complex to understand. I don't know why they just don't just use the "MISS" theory. MAKE IT SIMPLE STUPID!!! My favorite thing about this product is the pedestals that I bought to go with it. The one thing I don't like, is I would like to set how long this cycle is I don't need an hour cycle to wash my clothes my clothes are not filthy. Please understand I haven't read the book from the front to the back. Because quite frankly I don't have the time. Make a simple start up booklet written in layman's terms so everyone can understand even a 10-year-old.

The one thing that I will say makes this unit worth wild is the fact of the add wash capability. Especially when you have kids and constantly needing to wash clothes....etc!!

Got a great deal on this washer after my local water utility company offered a rebate. There area lot of different wash cycles available. Pros: this was VERY heavy to move and some of the cycles take over an hour.

An excellent buy. Quiet washer. Dependable. I love the convenient of the extra small door for reload of extra clothe.

The top loading washer that it replaced was too deep for my arms to teach the bottom of the tub. The front loader that was purchased meets my requirements and is easy to use.

After reviewing several washers I decided on this one for the energy efficiency and the features. I've had no problems so far and the clothes seem to be cleaner than before.

I love this washing machine its efficient and stylish it even plays a tune when the cycle is complete. The clothes come out so clean and fresh.

Bought this unit to pair it with the new dryer same company and model< and I am very very impressed on how quiet it is. It does the job very well, keep washing bedsheets, towels, clothing, also 3 different size comforter ( full-queen-king) and the loads are always nice and clean. My older LG Tromm front washer was 10 years old and I couldn't stand it no more the stinky odor that sometimes it did leave on my clothes towels especially. Hopefully this one won't do it. I am keeping it very clean and dry as soon as I empty the load and leave the door open till it is completely dried inside. So far I enjoy it.

Display is easy to use. The unit is very quiet during operation. Looks amazing. I love this color. I bought matching dryer. They both looks great. Happy with purchase.

Washer spin cycle does not do a good job. Clothes are often really wet and there is no way to do an additional spin if you don't select it at the beginning.
