simple to use, clothes come out smelling good, clothes come out slightly damp so less time in dryer (about half the time with other wsher)

Washer is wonderful. Cleans very well with minimum water usage. Only complaint I have is detergent draw is completely full of water at end of cycle. Can expect a residual water but liquid detergent compartment is always full of water. Geek Squad been out 3 times to try and reapair changed parts and decided there was nothing else they could do. So I have to pull the entire draw out and dump water in sink after each load of laundry.

I have this product for 3 years and working great. I wold recommend this product and give it 5 stars.

I am on my 4th washer. Have had to return 4 times. Now the one I have is not as quiet as the first and loud during spin cycle. I know the water level is low on HE washers but it seems too low and some items still look dirty. However, bestbuy has been very accommodating.

Washer door handle is on outside of the door. The detergent door does not close flush with the washerbody. The settings buttons are hard to push. The wash complete light goes off several minutes after the wash is complete. The washer does a good job on large oversized loads. The 2009 model was a betterbuy.

Great washer, has a setting for everything. Clothes come out much nicer.

Did a lot of research before buying. Found these on sale at Best Buy and I very pleased with my purchase!

Got this thanksgiving and was on sale. For 799 it was a great buy with all the features including steam and smart care.

We purchased this washer and matching dryer and are pleased with both. As with any HE, it'd be nice to have some control on the water level. It would also be nice to have more control and choices on the chimes it makes, it's either on or off and the little tune it plays will get old. All in all, good equipment, pricing and Best Buy experience.

My wife and I have been looking for a washer for a while and the machine met our expectations with tons of features and efficient use of electricity. We looked at many models out there and this is the best for your money!

Tub is nice and big. Clothes are rung out to a barely wet status at cycle end. This shortens dry time.

Everything in our house is Samsung. My husband will not even consider another brand of TV so when it came time to buy a washer and dryer (our last set lasted 22 years) we immediately read reviews on Samsung and overall were pretty good. So we purchased the front loader washer and dryer along with the bases to raise them up. We absolutely LOVED them but from day one was never able to get a load of clothes to dry using the sensor and because we love Samsung we just started using the time dry. Then one day less than a month after purchasing them my husband walked by the washing machine that was currently washing a load and noticed there were suds and water running from underneath the washing machine all out into the laundry closet. That weekend we went back to Best Buy to talk to our salesman and he immediately set it up for us to receive another set. He told us we were the first customers to report such issues but gladly re-ordered us a new set. After waiting a couple weeks, we were told this set was no longer in production and we would have to pick out another set. Reluctantly we went back to choose another set and decided this time to go with LG. We'll see how that decision goes.
