Excellent for the price

I wish they make the longer steamer hose.

Works Beautiful

It tells you exactly how long the cycle will be and you can save a frequently used type of cycle as a favorite. Both of these make it extremely easy to start the washer and takes out the guesswork of having to check to see if the washer is done. I just set a timer on my phone.

Good machine but...

However, like all front loaders, gunk tends to build up in the door ridges which need to be cleaned with bleach every few months. Also the exterior glass cracked after 1 year. I need to call for the warranty repair.

Good mid range product

We decided to switch to SAMSUNG after reading reviews and so far we are happy with the product. The washer is a little noisy and takes longer to do a load of cloths. Another point: make sure you keep the shipping bolts to anchor the drum just in case you move.

Great washing machine

If there was anything I could change though it would be to shorten the "load complete" tone. It sings for about a minute. There might be a way to shorten it I just haven't looked for one yet.

Great washer
