No problem replacing the washer that kept on breaking. The Geek Squad Rep was very accommodating and understanding concerning my issues

We brought it home, and it wouldn't work. It started and a few minutes in when it went to switch cycles it got an error message and wouldn't continue. Samsung customer service was horrible, so we called Best Buy & they were great about trading it in for an LG that works with no problems.

I'm enjoying the new washer and dryer. The only thing I don't like is drying the plastic rim around the washer drum.

For the price we paid, this washer is amazing. It has so many different loads to choose from. We got some type of slate like color and it looks great with a pedestal right below it.

We initially had a problem with a rattling sound but the Geek Squad came right out. They couldn't fix it so BB just sent a new one. Great customer service!

Love the washer it does seem to make some loud noise when on the spin cycle and the only thing I did not realize when I purchased the machine is that it does not have a load size for water usage

Bought matching washer and dryer. Set up delivery for both but unfortunately only a dryer showed up. Three weeks later, the washer has finally arrived. Machines seem good but not sure I'd order thru BB again based upon delivery experience.

Has a lot of great features. Works awesome on bedding and dog hair. Only issue I've seen is having to leave the door open to let the seal dry so mold doesn't build up, or taking a paper towel to the excess water after a load.

We have been using this washer for over six months and are really happy with our choice. The delay cycle is really a very useful feature, the clothes do not smell even after hours in washer after the wash cycle.

My first front loader and I'm in love with the size and and how quickly it washes. I'm not a fan of doing laundry so I love that I can finish it quickly.

Samsung appliances are great. This washer is great and works with our existing Samsung pedestal from a previous Samsung washer we have owned for years.

This is my second Samsung clothes washer I like the first one so well all I had to do was decide on the features I wanted when selecting

The washer and dryer are working great. I noticed that the dryer rack was not delivered along with the dryer. It was a part of this model but was not delivered along with the dryer. Very disappointed.

Awesome design, energy and water efficient, everyone that buys this washer is going to be satisfied with the quality of this product.

Although this unit is not as quiet as advertised, it delivers a faster wash than similar models. The steam feature is an added bonus.
