Love my new washer /dryer. Easy to use and a quick 45 min on normal setting. Clothes are clean. Low vibration, quiet. More bells and whistles than I need, but such an improvement over my old neptune. May invest in the pedestal because it is a low stretch to remove the last few items in the tub.

washer often leaks water on floor, especially sensitive when too much soap is used. just 5 days after warranty expired, washer will no longer start. related to cleaning cycle. do not use cleaning cycle after washer is out of warranty.

Bought this without being informed by sales person about smell from washer. When found out and tried all remedies (which did not help), tried to exchange for top loader. Sales manager and Samsung very unhelpful and could care less. Never buying from Best Buy again!

Samsung customer service is very poor. Since the washer is in warranty I called to have it repair. They scheduled an appointment but nobody showed up. When I Call they tell me to wait 48 hours for a reply but they don't call back. I would avoid Samsung products if I were you.

bought this washing machine ,after 4 months and using it only 7 times (was out of town) the part that holds the drum was broken. Had terrible service response with samsung. horrible customer service. after 5 days of phone calls to them they told me to call best buy. best buy gave me an excellent response and I bought a different brand (lg) washing machine as I would not like to deal with samsung customer service again.

Washer would keep leaking out of over flow cap in back of the machine. After 4 service calls it was deemed none repairable due to manufacturers defect and yes I was using the right detergent and I would use less then a table spoon on a full load. Think twice before purchasing this unit unless you like to clean water up off the floor. Also Samsung customer service is horrible.

If you are looking for a washer, this is definitely one you want to consider.

I bought this high end dryer at Best buy 7 months ago. It just died on me and I have had the technician here and he said I need a new motor. I am very disappointed as I thought I was paying top dollar for quality. I would not buy this product as I think Samsung is better at phones than at home appliances.

Washer collapsed after 3.5 years. The bracket holding the tub broke - no warranty coverage. Poor engineering design. Poor service. Stay away from!

The washer was great when we first had it but after a year and a half it stopped working. Ok things can go wrong... but after 6 weeks TERRIBLE customer service $450 and 2 visits by a tech... it is still dead. I bought it because of the reviews on BestBuy but after we had the issues I see similar people complaining about the exact same issues. I can not stress enough the customer service is AWFUL! Nice people but the processes, scripts, strange calls, long waits, confusion, no escalation or complaint department. Don't waste your time and money!!! Garbage product.

This machine broke after 4 years (drum came loose). Repairman said it was not fixable. Called Samsung and they confirmed it was not fixable. I paid alot of money for this and it should have lasted more than 4 years. Samsung refused my request for any type or amount of depreciated compensation or discount on the purchase of another. I have to buy another washer and it will not be a Samsung this time.

I purchased in July 2015 and have had three repairs for the belt(2017/2021/2022). Now the motor is gone(2022).

Tech says he has never seen this problem, can't give me a specific time or cost to fix. It is cheaper at this point just to buy a new machine. I also never thought it did a great job cleaning anyway.
