They delivered first a defect washer but they took care of it and in a couple days delivered a new washer which worked perfectly. Since then we enjoy our washer very much. It has many options and the clothe are cleaner and feel better afterwards compared to our old top loading washer.

It cleans cloths well. The only issue is with the linen setting. When using that the washer does not drain properly and a separate rinse and spin are needed. Ensure if you get matching washer and dryer that they are installed correctly so the doors open properly. Washer needs to be on the left and the dryer on the right.
