Had my old washer FOREVER. This one holds a ton! My daughter got sick the week after I got the new washer. I was able to use the Sanitize mode to wash the dirty sheets....great feature. Also like the song it plays when the cycle is complete.

Bought this as my first washer and it turned out to be buy of the year for us.

This washer is easy to use. The number of options to use to wash the different types of clothes is amazing-the spin cycle draws the water out so well that the drying time is reduced.

We were so excited. My wife and I saved up to get the "flagship" Samsung washer/dryer set, paying almost $2,200 out the door. (July 2014) Within 24 hours of receiving the washer it began leaking from dispenser tray. Turned out there was a hole/crack where the screw had mounted it internal due to defective plastic. Took almost 4 months for GeekSquad to correctly order the part after multiple service calls. (We literally lost count of how many times the service tech came and how many hours we spent on the phone.) Once the washer leak was finally corrected, the DRYER began to leak when using the steam function. Turns out the steam nozzle broke off inside (same plastic) After more service calls and more parts order issues, BestBuy FINALLY offered to replace the dryer under manufacture warranty. (And we actually thought our troubles were over.) After new dryer arrived it began throwing sensor errors and shutting off. More service calls and issue was blamed on apartment exhaust ducting. Then today when using the steam function, my dryer filled with water. (Yes, there was actually an inch of water in the dyer after throwing in a completely dry pair of slacks to get wrinkles out!) After yet another service call GeekSquad is ordering a control board! (December 2014) So to sum up, after countless service calls, and replacement of brand new unit this set continues to be defective from the very start. All we ever wanted to do was enjoy our purchase and have clean laundry. We were so excited to have the washer/dryer of our dreams, only to be plagued with a nightmare or problems. We will NEVER buy Samsung appliances again, let alone buy an appliance from BestBuy as the experience has been agonizing. We used to be huge fans of Samsung and BestBuy. NEVER AGAIN. Do yourself a favor and avoid this product.

The Machine is perfect. Love the different washing options. Has a lot of space.

I just upgraded my new front load washer and boy can I say there are major improvements. Water doesn't seem to collect in the rubber seal and they have a soft and hard close as well. I am so glad I decided to get this washer.

Great washer. Quiet, plenty of programs, easy to operate, low consumption, Samsung means quality and great design. Couldn't be happier.

I prefer front load washers they use less water and need less detergent

After looking into so many washers I went with the Samsung and am delighted with the results. It's really quite and items like comforters have come out looking rejuvenated. I'm glad it has a countdown timer because the cycle time varies quite a bit with the various options.

have been using this for about 1 month now and have had no issues. Lots of different features and settings to do your laundry however you want. It holds all the laundry I want to run in a load and can also accommodate the bedding from our king size bed. Only problem we have it that the washer and dryer doors open the wrong way for us. The dryer opens to the right and the washer to the left. So we have to reach around and have the doors hitting each other. Not a fault of the unit but we should have checked it first.

We have a lab and needed a washer that could clean out his dog hair and the deep steam cycle is absolutely perfect only disadvantage is we didn't buy the matching dryer so we don't get the full benefit of the cycles our dryer can't hold the same load that we wash

What's left to say that others have not. This dryer is beyond excellent. Clothes come out clean and fresh. I was hesitant on getting this but with the crazy sale I got I got this for sorry cheap. I have not used all of the settings yet but the ones I have used work flawlessly. No issues at all. And best of all its super quite.

Read many reviews as we were looking for a new set. Went into the store to view them and loved them. Got them on Black Friday special. We've had them for 4 weeks and love them! They are quiet and efficient. Plus they play a little jingle for me when finished!!
