The large tub is amazing. With a large family, it saves time being able to twice as many clothes in half the time. I love all the setting and features as well. It is so quiet you would not even know it is running.

First thing I noticed was that this machine actually washes the clothes. I've never heard of such a gadget until purchasing this. You just put clothes in it and after about an hour you pull the clothes out and they are clean. I wish I had known about this machine years ago. It is so much more convenient than having to walk all the clothes to the stream behind the farm, wash each one individually, and then bring them back. One thing that would be more helpful is if the clothes were dry when it was finished, but I guess if they have come this far with technology then they will develop some sort of machine to do this as well. Samsung is on top of the electronics game by inventing these machines that are so helpful in a household.

I like the fact that it a quiet running machine. Wash well.

I'v been using this washer for about a month now and I really like it. The good stuff: 1 - It's stackable. 2 - Lots of room for large loads. 3 - A *bunch* of different configurations. The bad stuff: 1 - The shortest washing cycle is 50 minutes or so. I think with my old one, it was closer to 25 minutes. 2 - You have to use a special type of laundry detergent. (The Symbol is HE - High Efficiency, I think.) As it turns out, I was already using this detergent, but kind of a drag and I didn't know about it until after I had bought it. 3 - There are lots of different modes. I'm pretty sure that I won't use all of the modes and I had to do a little digging the first time that I used it. That being said, it is nice to have all of the options.

Impressed with the amount it holds & how it cleans

LOVE this washer. The cleaning power is unbelievable! I liked my LG front loader and it cleaned very well yet this washer takes cleaning to a whole new level. The steam feature helps a great deal without harming fabric. Dramatically reduced the amount of fabric softener because the steam feature cleans so deeply that every bit of the fabric comes out perfectly clean, soft and fresh smelling. The VRT (vibration reduction technology) is amazing! Clothes come out nearly dry yet my house doesn't shake at all - not even in the room the washer is in. Highly recommend this - yes, it's expensive but in my opinion it is well worth it to maintain quality clothes the easiest way possible. The one exception is the fact that once the cycle is done and the washer is shut off, you must turn the power back on for the light to come on when you open the door. In my opinion, the light should come on every time you open the door - no matter if the power is on or not. I have this with my LG dryer and it's a wonderful feature. It's inconvenient to have to turn the power back on to have the light come on when you open the door so you can ensure you get all your clothes out.

This washing machine was an excellent investment. It even has an option to store your wash "preference" and if you live in a home with multiple people you will appreciate this feature. One push of a button and your wash cycle preference engages.

Love my front load machine, so far is been great.!!! I have been able to do more clothes than what i was able to do on my old machine, wich saves me money since I do less loads a week and I am excited that I can also do my comforters.

I am very pleased with my washer. This is my second front loader and love my upgrade. The capacity is incredible and the controls add the extra specialty we need for our different laundry needs.

Purchased this after being thoroughly disappointed with an LG top-loader that was ALWAYS imbalanced. This washer is high-capacity and does a great job cwashing. Buy with confidence!

We just got the new Samsung washer hooked up and have only used it a couple times. Clothes seem clean and the spin really gets the water out so that the dryer doesn't run as much. It plays a cute song as you turn it on and as it finishes a cycle. Overall very satisfied but since it's only been 2 weeks I can't speak to reliability.
