This washer does a great job, installing it at first was a pain due to bad installers (first time I ever experienced that), who made up any excuse not to hang around and install. So it was a rough go getting the drain hose to stay in the drain, but once we duct taped that extender and to the drain, no problems, does great job.

Very close to a smart washer, we love the easiness to operate and understand all the different cycles, beautiful design, great performance.

Good washer, most of my complains about it are superficial and minor. I might recommend getting the pedestal if you can afford it. Its not that big of a deal not having them, but after a full day of doing laundry and can get rather tiresome constantly bending over or squatting down.

I am totally sold on Samsung's product reliability and dedication to quality. I have been upgrading my appliances over the past few years as I can afford to do so and I can tell you you will not be disappointed!

It's been a while since I last purchased a washer and dryer. The advances in cleaning technology are just incredible. I'd get clean clothes from my previous washer, but now i get the cleanest clothes I've ever seen. It's extemely noticeable on the whites. I also don't miss all the rumbling and vibrations when my old washer was spinning the water out of the clothes. Bottom line... I got my moneys worth.

Maybe we just needed a new washer really bad but absolutely love this washer. Have everything from dress clothes, sweaters, grass stained kid pants to muddy constructions clothes and everything comes out spotless with this washer. Great options from bedding to sanitizing.

this washer is not only beautiful buts its so great at cleaning clothes. Our clothes come out great and hardly wrinkled. Also it is so quiet compared to the top loaders we used to have. I just love it

Just had this installed by Best Buy, replacing a 20 year old washer. What an upgrade - so much faster cycles! Excellent key pad response on the electronic dash, outstanding results. Didn't know if I would like a Samsung model, but it's proven spectacular.

I've had the pleasure of demoing this washer. I really liked it. The color was nice. Once I ordered it the dryer became unavailable, so I ended up getting the merlot. Mix and matched it up.

My husband and I purchased these to replace an older top load set. These came with good reviews and were at a decent price on sale. They are wonderful. All the settings make it so easy to clean everything in the house including the throw pillows.

Washer get clothes very clean, lot of options. The hook up guys did a great job and made sure to give a basic over view of the operations to get started with basic load and wash instructions.

I love the sanitation cycle and the stream cycle. They may take long but is worth washing the towels and undergarments in the sanitation cycle.

We did our research when purchasing this exact unit. We ended up purchasing it from Bestbuy instead of Sears because the Extended Protection plan was cheaper. Overall it works great and we are happy with the product. Very quiet and smooth.

Have dirty clothes? This will get them wet, slosh them around with a little detergent or bleach, and get the clothes as clean as any other washer out there. These front loaders always leave some leftover water from the previous cycle inside the machine. They try to sell you the huge denture cleaner tablets, but this is all you really need to follow... Don't leave the door closed when not in use for more than a day or it will get swampy inside. If you do leave the door closed for a period of non use, or if the washer sits inactive while you are away for a few days, run a quick wash cycle with just a few towels and a small bit of bleach to freshen up the stagnant water inside the machine.

love the features and function, the unit is pretty deep to make sure to check that you have the room first, but it does everything we need it to, and found that this model without the touch screen was much more practical and affordable.

I haven't had any issues at all since I got it. I have ran probably 20 loads through it so far and no issues. I also washed a plush king size blanket, which came out perfectly.

This washer does a great job. However, I like the old fashioned push buttons better since they respond right away. To change temperature settings, I usually have to hit the pad a few times. Not a deal breaker for me though.

We have had the washer and dryer for about 4 months and are very pleased with the results. No surprises, and works as advertised.

This washer does it all, and the steam option is a great addition for anyone who wears uniforms to work that must be cleaned thoroughly without adding too many wrinkles.
