Love this Samsung front loading washer. Happy they fixed the funky smell when the door was left shut after running loads. Wish the indicator noise had different volume levels instead of just on/off as it is pretty loud.

Seems to be doing what we wanted. So far so good. But the accompanying gas dryer we bought had to be repaired after only two weeks. Does not make us feel confident about the Samsung brand.

I Like it. My wife feels the little songs it plays after a wash cycle are annoying. I like that feature as it helps me know the wash needs to move over. so far so good.

My only complaint is that the buttons for temperature and time settings don't react well. You have to push them a few times to change the settings.

It's only been a month though doing good so far. Best Buy and delivery person not accustomed with having hoses coming with the washer. Had discussion with two Best Buy reps and delivery person. It does vibrate at the beginning of high speed.

The washer is very quiet compared to the previous one we had and actually came recommended by the repair technician that checked out our old one when it went down and was telling us to just replace it due to the cost of repairing it.

Upgraded from a whirlpool washer and love this Samsung washer much more. I noticed it leaves my clothes smelling fresh for much longer than my previous washer.

Excellent machine. Has many options and is large enough to wash large blankets. Little louder than others but not much. Even has ability to connect to an app on your smartphone. Has a self clean feature.

Did my research on the washer and dryer set and they are just as described and what I wanted. They definitely make a difference in our laundry, and water / electric bill.

The Samsung Dryer is the best dryer I've owned in 33 years! The sales associate wàs very knowledgeable in the features I required for medical necessity purposes, in addition to price range. The dryer does all it says and more! Fast drying, quiet, wrinkle free, including antibacterial feature is Phenomenal! I give Best Buy Assoc and manager 5 stars in addition to Samsung. Thank you for your assistance in making the Best Long Term Appliance Purchase.

I've had this washer for about a month. It's pretty quiet and much quieter than my last front loader. I actually enjoy the little tune that it plays

Very big inside and very quiet. We went w/o the pedestals due to it seems high enough to not have them.

This washer has so many bells and whistles that I'm only beginning to discover the many functions that it offers. Very stylish as well.

Really like them! Love not having the agitator. A couple of things: I have trouble getting the lint filter completely clean; not sure how to decide on the amount of laundry soap to put for different size loads.

I absolutely love my washer it has plenty of room. It has handle every I've put in it... Oh ya and The color is what I wanted. Very Happy.

This is a beautiful machine. I wasn't familiar with Samsung other than a TV so I hesitated a little when shopping for a new washing machine. It was a good decision. It's a great washer!!
