I haven't had the unit that long but as of right now... the washer is working great! It is pretty quiet as well.

It get stains out easy and I like the Option of having several cycles. It does take longer than my older washer did. I like the softness of my clothes. I like the santanize cycle.

A bit pricey but has been a great investment so far. I recommend getting the warranty since the systems are so complex now a days.

Other than they had changed available colors the machine is great. Just what I expected. Only issue was the salespeople and the delivery people were not on the same page.

Terrific washing machine - steam cycles really help remove stains, even old ones! Best Buy sales staff went above and beyond to reduce the price even more than advertised.

My clothes are getting clean in a much shorter time and also, the clothes are not getting damaged. Would definitely recommend

I have only had this machine a few weeks but so far so good. Everything works great. The machine seems very quiet and the cycles aren't too long. I'm very happy so far! Plus - the pedestals have rubber feet which works great on the hardwood.

It took a while for me to become familiar with all the options, but that was a good problem to have. I'm very happy with it.

In the short term view, I love this washer. I am cautiously optimistic that I will continue to love it and it will be free of leaks and other complaints that are reported in the reviews.

Works fine as of right now. The only quirp I have is that I should have got it in White. Pretty much a finger print magnet.

This is the best washing machine I've ever had the pleasure of using. With many cycle options, it can wash anything. Large load capacity and it runs quietly. I love it.

I've owned this for a little over a month now, I have no complaints whatsoever, a definite upgrade from our old LG.

Works pretty well, has lot of options. Only one issue is w.r.t to the Mobile App Support works only on few Android devices and Iphone which is weird (doesn't work on nexus)

This Samsung is the best front loader out there!! Samsung is the best!! This will be Samsung Washer #5 as we keep selling them with the house when we sell.

This is my 2nd Samsung Front Load Washer and I am impressed with the functions that this washer provides. Customer service from Best Buy was fantastic!
