    This machine started to shake violently. We called Best Buy to get it fixed and was forwarded to Samsung for repairs. Little did we know that if we only had 15 day to return it nor did we know that it took special authorization for a 30 day return. Samsung repaired the washer 4Xs. Then we were told Best Buy needed to install it properly. Best Buy told us 240 dollars to install the washer. I spoke with the manager over the phone and was informed he would reach out to Samsung. He would call me back with in four days. He never returned my call. We finally got authorization for an exchange but then the store didn't know how to do it. We will definitely be purchasing our next appliance from Sears where the warranties in store are worth something and are willing to stand behind their products.
