This washer is perfect. I was so surprised how clean and white my clothes come out of washer. Not super quiet as my previous machine, but that does not bother us.

This washer has all the options a family could want, so many, I'll likely never use them all myself. The load capacity is great. Very quiet and seems very effective and gentle on clothing.

This washer has all the features that you're ever going to need. Makes doing laundry a breeze. The liquid soap container fills with water after each load though. I have to empty it out after each load of laundry. Other than that I love it!

I purchased a Kenmore and returned it. Then I purchased a Maytag washer and the sensor went out a year later. I have owned this washer for over a month and it is amazing! My clothes smell fresh and clean and there's no soap residue.

Very quite! takes some getting used to a front loader, didn't get the underneath drawers because i wanted to build a counter top above but would recommend if you have back issues.

A perfect one for our needs. No need to buy any costlier than this one. I have not used half of its features till date and I dont think I will ever use them. Its perfect for single family. So far, I have not run into issues. Hope it works for years

So far so good - lots of extras that haven't been fully used yet but happy with purchase. Gets the job done quickly and easy to use. Look great too! Love the charcoal!

So far it has been a great washer. I bought a floor model for an exceptional price and couldn't be happier. If you are looking at it for full retail I don't think the extra wash modes are worth the premium over the 5000/5200 series washer.

It has been a great wash machine and does a really great job washing the items you put in it and have many combinations of wash cycles that you can change and seems to be very efficient and can wash a lot of clothes.

I had a whirpool front loader in my previous apartment but i did not like it because i felt the water was so little that my clothes are not washed properly and smell. When i bought a house i was contemplating if i will get a top load or front load washer. I decided to go with this one because of the water saving feature of a front loader. This one sprinkles water on top near the door so the water goes evenly and my clothes always come out smelling good. I love the deep steam option.

I got this unit last year, but i was not lucky , i got defective unit, but best buy replace it after 5 times they change the door lock. But the new one is working good so far.

I bought this washing machine for my new bought home. Since I have been using cheap washing machine comes with the rental property. This one is much better. I think it worth the price and work very well for me.

So far this washer has performed so good, no noise and great for any household. I will definitely purchase this again.

Loving the purchase thus far. Nice and quiet, capacity is great. Washed and dried a heavy king size comforter with no problems. Picked up the set at Bestbuy on-sale. A week later they had the set listed for $240 less. They issued me a credit on their 30-price match without any hassles . I opted not to purchase the unit pedestals (overpriced in my opinion) and glad I didn't. I don't find bending down to get the clothes in and out of the units all that strenuous or difficult. Some of the reviews suggested getting them for those reasons but I'm happy I didn't shell out an additional $500 for the option. I used a portion of this savings to purchase the BB 5-year warrantee for a piece of mind. After going through costly issues and inconveniences with my former washing machine (Kenmore Elite Oasis) total JUNK, I thought it could be money well spent. Hopefully the Samsung set will prove to be reliable and trouble free for years to come.

This is our second Samsung. First one lasted 8 years and 3 cross country moves. We could not be more pleased with how well the washer takes care of the different types of items it has washed. Very quite and easy to work

Only had it a few weeks but very pleased. It is quiet, although not silent. Uses water sparingly and gobbles up the washing. Very pleased with the results although havnt used all the programs.

Washes great, is quiet and efficient. Only complaint is when you pause the cycle it will NOT restart, you have to fully stop the cycle and restart.

It's a great set... But the best buy associates have no knowledge about the products... I went couple of times and spoke to few associates... Told them exactly what I want and the information they gave was very misleading... So the way my hook ups are I can only put my dryer on left and washer on right.... So I wanted my washer and dryer doors to open in opposite direction... Associated told me ya it can be done... When they came for delivery they mentioned we can only change the dryer doors but not the washer... The guys come for delivery they change the door and they are not professional... They changed the door but wasn't perfect and they were rude too... And we came to know later that they didn't even hook up dryer vent properly... But I am so far happy with my purchase other that the door thing... Clothes are clean... But after every wash you have to keep door open so the rubber part in the front can get dry...

I love this washer. I do have 2 issues though. 1) the glass front is super fragile and was broken within a couple of weeks. 2) I have to stand and push the door so that it will lock and start.

I have been eyeing this for some time now. It even sings to me when finished (musical tunes that is). I love it and would recommend it for sure!
