This washer is loaded with features and options. My favorite is the delayed washing option. You can select a start time to have laundry done as you are returning from running errands. Washer automatically selects the appropriate water lever for the amount of clothes loaded. A pedestal make loading/unloading more user friendly, but expensive. Kids are facinated by drum light during operation.

Easy to use, washes clothes and bedding fairly quick. Definitely worth the money. Make sure to read the manual to get the settings correct. Btw... when your wash is done the washer sings.

They are so quite that I have to check to be sure they are running. Easy to operate and cleans my cleans my clothes the way I wanted. Love them.

I am very happy with the washer and dryer!! They are efficient, quiet, and my clothes and bedding feel so much cleaner than they did before.

Love how silent the washer is and the different features, but I don't like how sensitive the buttons are. There's a delay when you press the button to when it finals moves to your selection. Drives me nuts!

Samsung has a great line of products & this is a great washer. Lots of options for what you need it to do. Clothes couldnt get any cleaner!

This is an excellent washer. It's super huge which can wash all our clothes for a week in just 1 load. The touch control system is pretty cool too. Love the sound of it when it's done.

very quiet , elegant and does an awesome job. I had a good deal from best buy and it was a breeze to get it delivered and installed quickly

This machine has great settings but I find that although it has plenty of room for an x large load, the detergent holder only takes so much detergent and the instructions say not to add more detergent than the holder says to and not to add it to the clothes. So how do you use enough detergent for a large / x large load? You don't. That amount is not enough for a large load. The clothes still smell dirty even after the ridiculous amount of time it took to wash it around 50- 200 min plus! It stops and dings with a code constantly needing an attendant or someone to read the code and press start before it will begin again. It's pretty quiet which is a plus. However, coming home to a dinging flashing machine after going shopping for 2 hours and hoping that just one load could be done and finding that it's only gone through 20 min of it's 145 min cycle , is not acceptable. Give me my old fashioned plain $400 washer any day over this $1000+ waste of time and money any day. I regret buying it but I guess I'm stuck with it.

I love it I can put a lot in it and my all was not ask good this one I wish I buy it a Long time ago

My mother has been without a washer for 9years when hers broke and could not be fixed. She has been taking clothes to the laundromat for 9yrs. My sister, brother, and I went in on buying her a washer. I researched on-line for the largest one that we could afford. Plus I have only heard good things about the Samsung products. My mom is so pleased and has not stopped talking about how much she loves the washer and the time it saves her from having to load dirty clothes into her vehicle and drive to a laundromat.

Great washer that holds more than an average load of laundry. I like that the buzzer is more of a ring tone and gets your attention.

I love how big the washer is it fits my bedding. I love the sanatize setting because I can wash my dogs blankets and they smell good when they're done. Love the Eco setting too

Washes well, everything is good about this washer. The only thing i dont understand is the Samsung Smart Care app is only available on IPhone and some Samsung devices which is really bad.

I am very happy with my new samsung washer, it does a fantastic job on washing and is really quiet when it runs. Samsung has done very well with this model in my opinion.

This washer and dryer fit the laundry closet just right. Being front loaders this then enabled me to install a folding table so as to be able to fold clothes straight from the dryer.

Purchased this machine because it was bigger than our previous unit. Will continue to test its limits as we wash more items. The looks are superb, and match our laundry room very well.

After research I decide to purchase this machine. Decision was influenced by on line information and consumer reports. Plenty of features. good performance to date.

So our GE washer that came with house needed to be replaced. After a lot of research and shop comparing this unit was the one we got. 13 cycles of wash and super quiet. Very pleased.

We are enjoying the washer, lots of features over the similar Whirlpool model, and less expensive. So far so good:)
